And a part of them are currently serving in this highest seat of justice. Corrupt leaders need insurance policy like them over there to protect their ass and interests. That is why inhuman and born criminals like Govindachami get only 7 years for b...rutally killing an innocent girl in a moving train and Delhi Rapists walk Scott free
If we have the law to castrate dogs which are violent applicable to people like Delhi Rapists, UP burglars and Govindachami and such news given highest importance in media, along with other measures like counseling in schools and slums especially, maybe we can start tackling this issue of seeing a woman as a sex object.
Letting off people like Yadyurappa, Maran brothers, Vijay Mallya etc, the court is not giving a positive message to the society.
Laws and human rights are not only to be reserved to born criminals and corrupt leaders, but for innocent common people as well. Those who abide by the law should not be taken for granted. The resilent character of our society is part of our culture which has helped us stay together as a country till now. But it would not be feasible for a responsible judiciary to let pressure build inside, but give justice to the most deserved so that the pressure can be released a bit. A corrupt judiciary is like a clogged whistle on the societal pressure cooker kept on simmering heat of Injustice and unsafe atmosphere. It will only explode the whole system.
I am not requesting for an Utopian society, but only a healthy society wherein judiciary and media knows it's roll in the well-being of the people it is supposed to serve. It should be seen with alarm that people have started losing faith in democracy.
Hope this request will not remain a dream for not just me but everyone who loves our country and the society we live in

SC: CARETAKER, SERVANTS CANNOT CLAIM OWNERSHIP OF PROPERTY
One can not acquire title to a property only because he or she had been allowed to stay in the premises gratuitously for long, the Supreme Court has ruled, asking courts to deal firmly with those embroiling innocent owners in prolonged real estate litigations.
A three-judge bench of justices Dalveer Bhandari, H L Dattu and Deepak Verma also laid fresh guidelines that caretakers, watchman or servants do not acquire an...y title to a property merely because of its possession by them for several years.
"No one acquires title to the property if he or she was allowed to stay in the premises gratuitously. Even by long possession of years or decades such person would not acquire any right or interest in the said property," the court said.
The apex court passed the ruling while upholding an appeal of Maria Margarida Sequeria Fernandes who was embroiled in a two-decade-long legal battle with her brother, whom she had appointed as a caretaker of her property in Goa.
"Caretaker, watchman or servant can never acquire interest in the property irrespective of his long possession. The caretaker or servant has to give (up) possession (of the property) forthwith on demand," the apex court said.
