New Year's Day was fun and a little bit crowded I didn't care for only one thing and that was the part where people were trying to play two machines at once while the rest of us scavenge through the crowds trying to find a machine so that we could also try to win the $2018 every 15 minutes luckily I finally got to sit at Wheel of fortune and then it was on and from that point on I only spent 20 bucks and won 138 within an hour I had a blast I don't normally play slots I'd rather play the craps table but the buyer was 10 and I only wanted to pay five so I stuck it out it will fortune and ended up with 138 bucks which was fine by me it was a blast and I kept hitting everything I could possibly hit to get bonuses loved it I will definitely be back!!!!

I understand it was new years eve and I came with expectations accordingly, I just wish the casino would have been better prepared. I stood at the bar for 30 minutes and not even as much as a "We will be right with you" no one even made eye contact. None of the bartenders ever looked up, they had no idea who had been standing there and who just walked up. The women setting at the bar next to me said they waited for 20 minutes. They only got help once they yelled at them. I w...atched at least 30 people walk away due to no service and too crowded. No one wants to come party on new years eve and not be able to get a drink. We left the casino because of it after driving 2 hours to come there (we had a DD). Very disappointed, food was good but way over priced, the drinks in the restaurant were 12.50 a piece. Staff at dinner was great, bartenders were extremely rude. Need a larger venue to throw parties.

We went To ilani casino to see en Vogue Friday night. The band was great ! The ladies in. Front of the stage we’re super rude and totally disrespectful to my wife and I. The dance floor is open to the public. There are no reservations for any part of it. Many “ladies “were yelling at my wife and I. There was no security, no service and zero fun. No place to sit or stand I was not offered any service. I couldn’t even get a bottle of water. The band en Vogue sang the song respect! What a joke because the people in the crowd had none. It’s pretty hard to gamble and spend money at the casino when we are getting treated so badly. I guess the casino can afford to throw away good customers. I have at least 20 entertainment options on a Friday nite in January in Portland. I will think twice before I waste another night at the ilani.

There was a long line for the Vallet parking prior to the concert at the Muse Saturday night. Waiting in my car caused us valuable time in securing a seat which we found that there were none unless you were VIP or arrived at 4:00pm to squat at one of the few tables. I took my mother who is disabled only to find we had to stand the duration of the concert. Great entertainment. We were so excited to see the fabulous Justin Shandor, but paid the price the next day in extreme pain from standing so long. I hope you paid him well because he put on a fabulous show. I would be happy to pay to sit down. Visited the food court after the show and they were not prepared for the crowd. Long wait time for food. Also, it would have been nice to have bar finger foods at the Muse. We starved in order to not give up our spot.

Your staff is top-notch. They are equitably able to serve a casino and a small band crowd. What you attempted on Friday night was not a small band crowd.
You had thousands of people attempting to watch the same show within your casino and you were not prepared to handle that many people. That's a logistical mistake. I'm sure you will grow beyond it.
Envogue was amazing and I thank you for bringing them to our town but the facilities you had in play to take care of five thousand plus people we're not equipped. Let's work to do better in the future!

As far as the casino, everyone has always been extremely helpful and friendly and I’ve had a great time on each my visits. I win a little, lose a little and sometimes break even. Which is what I expect. Great choice of machines. Servers, security and valet have always been great. However, such disappointment in the restaurant chef jet. Have tried it multiple times, it seems to be going downhill fast. The lady that was cooking this evening was so rude and unprofessional it pained me to put any money in their pocket. Probably won’t give them any more chances.

Great fun! Good food choices, great cocktails! Fun place to go hang out at. We did go to see En Vogue and I do think the concert venue is much to small for the amount of people that were there. People were packed in like sardines. It was crazy! Maybe some big screen tv's hanging would be great so the people in the back could see performance as well. The DJ after the concert was great, really good dancing music. Had a blast. Will come back again!

A group of us went there for the En Vogue show and sadly enough it was so packed that people split out into the slot machines and if you were under 5 ft 6 inches you couldn't see the band from way in the back. The casino does not have a decent venue spot and if you wanted a adult beverage well be prepared to wait forever. Needless to say some of us will never go back

Glad we had a gift card as we went to Tom Urbans,
Server brought my water but it took ok a good 40 min for my husband to get his beer while waiting for our food so he went to the bar to order a beer mind you this place was not busy at all he got him s beer but the bar tender didn’t want to give him his change took about 15 min for that . We waited even longer to get our food in fact I had to ask for it and they came back with it should be up anytime still took longer ask for ...not mustard on my burger guess what it came with mustard wasn’t going to wait another hour plus for our food so I had to scrap it off . Husband food was okay . Nothing to write home about . Beer is super expensive 6 dollars for a coors light draft . That’s a little much micro beer was 8 plus tax at Micheal Jordan’s so 10 bucks with tip there

Slots were pretty tight it was very hard to get a bonus on anything so they definitely are trying to make there money back or make money to pay for the new hotel they are planning to build which I was told that is supposed to have a buffet in it due to all the complaints that the casino has NO BUFFET which don’t know what good that will be but whatever. Oregon lottery really has nothing to worry about as they won’t loose to much business to this place .

Also Went to EnVogue, I can't believe that they let so many people into the venue, I'm surprised nobody got hurt. Me and my friends had to get out of the venue we couldn't breathe there was so many people pushing, and being absolutely rude. They should have had a first come first serve basis and rope off the venue after so many people. If there was a fire it would have been a massacre.
