San Antonio Rim- Worst experience ever! Fries were stale and chewy. My burger was served incorrect twice. Not a very difficult order lettuce wrap bacon, cheese, with pickles only. First time forgot cheese and they added condiments, second time they forgot the bacon, added tomato and onions. Ugh!!!!

The ambiance and atmosphere are top notch! That is by far, hands down, without equivocation, the best f****** food I've ever had in my entire life! The margarita I had was made perfectly! More than anything else though it was the people I dined with that made it such a rich experience! I think the owner should expand to new horizons! Eating excellent food with people I adore is something I will try to never take for granted. I'm not sure what exactly made it such an exception...al experience, but they really seem to know what they're doing at Hopdoddy's in San Marco's, Texas. Was it the food or the people I love so much? It's hard to say; I felt like that was a once in a life time experience. I think I'd like to do that again some time though. Art is the distillation of life. They really captured the essence of life up there! The staff are beautiful people! Highly recommended! Absolutely a 10/10!

As a regular diner here firstly I have to say that the food is great and the staff are great. Just one request please get rid of the line up to order. Earlier this week when I arrived all seats at the bar were occupied so we had to join the line to order. There were 2 groups ahead of us but it took them 20 minutes to complete their orders at the one of two registers that was open. I usually only sit at the bar because service is prompt there. I do understand that the current system lowers staff costs but making customers wait for extended time is just not worth it to me. From now on I will find a seat at the bar or go elsewhere.

I used to love Hopdoddy at The Rim but after my last visit I found a hair baked into my burger and I was so disgusted. I told our waitress and she just refunded the money for the burger not the entire meal and said sorry. No manager came by to let us know they were going to address the problem. I really want to go back but they need to be sure their employees wear beard guards because not one kitchen employee with facial hair was wearing them that day. 🤢

Today I visited the Anderson location in Austin, Texas. I ordered my food, according to my receipt, at 5:19 P.M. on 3/30/18 I did not receive my food until 5:30 P.M. which is no problem considering it was busy and during happy hour. I did want to order an adult beverage as soon as I sat down. Unfortunately, I did not get a server until I got inside and walked to the bar and asked for a server to get a beverage. Once I did get a server he took 20 min to get me a beer. At the e...nd of the evening once I was ready to get my check for the night, it took about 30 min. just to get my check and cash out. I had places to be and it was stressful considering I was the only person at my table. I will say Eddie had a great attitude but definitely needed assistance with his tables. I will prefer to go to a further location and get better service than I did tonight. Please get more assistance or better management to help control the flow of labor. If someone could please contact me and I would be more than happy to talk more about my experience. Thank you.
