Grrrr. This is not the way I wanted to start off my 'relaxing' Sunday morning... but I would be very interested to hear what you think of this blog post. More specifically, I would love some scientifically-based rebuttles to her claims, if there are some. Please and thanks.

6 Reasons to Avoid AQUAFABA and other types of Bean Water | The Healthy Home Economist
6 reasons to never eat aquafaba or use the cooking water from legumes or beans for any reason. This modern food contributes to intestinal health problems and might even cause miscarriage.

QUESTION: Between cannellini (white kidney bean) aquafaba and chickpea aquafaba, which is milder-tasting? Do they make equally strong meringues?

Thanks for your replies!

Has anyone developed a [vegan] fondue that uses aquafaba for its thickness? Thanks for comments so far; I guess I should say I am trying to recreate the rutabaga fondue at Vedge, and I read they use aquafaba.... ! thanks

Finally got that shine on my Challah 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻💯💯💯 Thank you aquafaba! Not a great plait but man this eggless challah was crazy good.

As promised here is the recipe 👌 wanting to give credit where credit is due this is from the book Aquafaba that is available on Amazon.
