Thomas Keller and his staff are just amazing. There are just too many aspects of this experience to put on FB but this man’s integrity shows through his humbleness and appreciation for his patrons.

Sydney was made to feel like the only person in the building and that Thomas was honored and blessed by her visit.

In our reflection chat after, I asked Syd what she thought Chef Keller's magic of success was. She said “He makes the customer feel important.” BOOM!!!The absolute e...ssence of putting the customer first and watching all other aspects fall into place.

Originally we’re so excited to experience this culinary adventure as this is my husband’s birthday and retirement dinner. We have high expectation in terms of food and service. Unfortunately we’re pretty disappointed. We don’t feel very welcoming and the servers were pretty cold and don’t seemed to work from heart. The explanation of the dishes were very robotic and they turned around and took off right after the explanation and we don’t even have a chance to ask questions. I... have to return two dishes and my husband’s wine which was very bad. At the end I have a feeling that I was blamed to pick the wrong choice from the menu. The table behind us was a chef from somewhere and they got all the attention. Every few minutes someone will be around talking to them and we felt like why is that a big difference with the service. I have planned this dinner a year ago and I went online to make this reservation right at the moment they started the booking for March. We came all the way to expect an exceptional service but ended up with disappointment. The menu started pretty well but it got heavier and heavier and I don’t know what the chef wanted to take us. The kitchen tour at the end was a rush and there’s nothing to see as they’re cleaning up and the person who took us there didn’t explain anything at all. We also learned that Thomas Keller wasn’t involved with the menu anymore since long time ago. The only good part was talking to the girl at the front before we left was a highlight. She’s friendly and welcoming and she deserves a big thumb up. In general we don’t think what we get from what we’ve paid for.
