I came there on Saturday November 11 with a Bus Load of People. We were Immediately told the computers were down and that there was no time available when the computers would be up. We had a entire day to spend up there and it was not Pleasant at all to say the least; It was horrible, This was my second time going;
and may be my last. I was not pleased how the process was for payouts it was a caotic scenerio for everyone You had to wait for a actual person to payout and wait time was terribly long; I tried to be patient with the situation but it could have been handled better and I don't work there. FireKeepers need a backup system if computers go down.

Today t computers are down in the casino, therfore they have to physical give you your winning money. So as you walk through the casino people are sitting waiting for a person to give them their payoff. We came on a bus, we could not get our $20. loaded on our cards, as stated computers are down. I've left several coins in several machines today, which I'm sure I'm not the only one. Please fix your computer's where is back up system. ��

As you know the computers were down and everything had to be hand paid. Which caused many of us to wait almost an hour. By this time the computers were down nearly 12 hours. 1. A FB Post should have occurred early morn. 2. Going down the row end to end to do payouts was moronic. Next time post people in blocks of the slots and pay them. Would have been more efficient and people wouldn’t have been so angry.

We had a great time from beginning to end. We had dinner at the buffet and we loved it !!
Ok , plus I didn't loose. That always makes for a great time. Thankyou. But one thing, how about some hotel comps hotel stay on the weekend.
We stay down the street .. Shouldn't be that way. How about you keep us their all night !! 😘

I have been to so many of these drawings and have never won in so many years. Must be for the high rollers. I am giving up on the Sunday, Monday invitations to come and pick up a piece of luggage. I came on Mondays twice and every time they are out. If you advertise for Sunday, Monday you should be able to honor the gifts not with slot play, you don't win anything. I believe it is illegal to say you are giving away something for two days and on the second day at 10 am when it starts you are out. This is a marketing practice that needs to stop. I hope the State of Michigan has a talk with you on false marketing. I think we should all get together and stop going for a day or two and see if these practices change.

Played at the craps table today and one of the pit bosses named Dave was very obnoxious and an overall tool which provided for a very poor gaming experience. I'll never play a table with Dave there, he was rude to everbody. This review is solely for Dave and doesn't reflect my overall casino experience.

The hotel is gorgeous, we had a fireside room and it was the most beautiful hotel room I have ever stayed in. Had dinner at the buffet, best ever, all you could eat Crab Legs....FANTASTIC. Our server was terrific, can't wait to stay there again!!

Had a fantastic time with family! The pool was clean and there were actually clean towels and plenty of them!!! We went to eat at Smoke and Fire and it was too die for! We couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate Thanksgiving! We are thinking about making this a tradition!
