I was there last night and I probably won't be back. There were too many people to enjoy it. I love the lights and the light show, but too many people to really enjoy it. They need some kind of crowd control to move people along. We were deadlocked on the bridge and nobody was going anywhere. Myself and another woman asked the staff for help to move people along, and they looked at us as if we were stupid. The $10 per person charge and the $10 for hot chocolate was ridiculous!! I understand your trying to pay for staff and the electricity, but if you really want your customers to enjoy the lights you need to have some type of crowd control.

We probably won’t be back. There wasn’t much to see and there were far too many people. It would probably be quaint with a hundred or so peope and no charge, but at $10 for ages 7+, and thousands of people shoulder to shoulder, it was not much fun. I can’t get over how small the whole thing was. Doors open at 5, but no lights on until 6. There’s nothing to do until 6, so lots of people buy a hot chocolate or popcorn. Once the lights come on, most people have seen everything by 6:30 and are in the parking lot again.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but wish I had been warned. I didn’t leave 1 star because I don’t think the organization is malicious in what they’re doing, they’re just victims of their own success.

It was kinda pricey for how small the area is. It’s $10 a person but 6 and under are free. Obviously they probably have a hefty light bill and have to pay their people. The hot coca was 3 something for a small. We went on Monday night which it wasn’t busy and got there about 5:50. The lights turn on at 6pm for a minute and then they turn them back off and do their light show. After that the lights get turned back on until their next light show. I loved all the lights, it was gorgeous and my son loved it but we won’t come back. It’s a great one time trip.

I visited for the lights Monday. They were lovely over all. Not too crowded. It makes me sad though to see this place that could be so amazing just be mediocre. The Santa room was creepy and dirty. The over-priced items for sale in the gift shop are made in China rather than local by local artisans. Wouldn't eat there based on the reviews and the overall appearance. Visited in the early summer as well. Lights are still up, the grounds were not kept well. Needed paint and was not pleasing to the eye. Hopefully someone will fix it up.

Loved going last night! Our son and daughter in law had gotten engaged there 2 years ago so be celebrated by going with them! Married over a year so it was great to return with them. Very pretty lights and just enough to see in an hour or so. Santa in his work shop and coming up out of the chimney was a nice touch. The gift shop was fun, the OSU miniature display with script Ohio was cool, and the bathrooms clean. Didn't eat there but might next time. Great place to bring the kids for the holidays! Highly recommend! Only $10pp and free parking so not bad for a festive night out!

We have wanted to go for many years and finally made the trip last night. It was even better than I anticipated there's much more to do there than just look at lights even though the lights were enough. Very affordable and memorable evening. We did have to park on the street because the lot was full , which was not an issue for us since it was a Sunday evening but I would imagine could be an issue if it were Friday or Saturday night. The Santa display was amazing! The area was well lit and easy to navigate for the entire family

It is a beautiful place, I have been for the past 4 years. However, I tried to take my family last night, and it was so packed with people you couldn’t see a thing. They weren’t moving, just standing and you couldn’t even make it past the bridge it was so packed. By far the worst year ever. I’m so disappointed, it used to be my favorite place at Christmas time!

Absolutely gorgeous!! My husband surprised my family and to Clifton Mills! I have always wanted to go and so glad we went! The weather was perfect and it’s such a nice place! Love warming up inside with their amazing hot chocolate and snacks and watching the light show! The gift shop is so nice also! Definitely recommend going to this family place!

Went on Friday night and was busy but not too bad. The family had a good time and it was very festive. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is I think it's a little overpriced with the hot chocolate, but other than that we will be back again! The lights were amazing, the lighted town was very cool, along with the light show, Santa and toy collection.
