It has come to our attention that some customers are receiving phishing or spam emails from an individual claiming to be Lycos Customer Support asking for personal and account information. The emails usually have "Account Closure Lycos" as the subject. This is a fraudulent email. Please remember that Lycos will not solicit you for your personal information. Anyone receiving this email should delete it and mark the user as a spammer in their mail provider's settings. Thank you all for your understanding.

Hi everyone we have an update on the outage. Most of you are aware that you can now log in to your accounts. As of last night we were able to confirm that our networks are back up and running at full force and everyone should be able to get in and see all of their accounts.
