One of my two, 20 year old Lycos email accounts was hacked, as well as several web services I have c...onnected to it. I was able to change the password and started trying to recover my other services. Then Lycos locked me out of my own account. So I tried to use my other Lycos email account to file a request through the official channels, and the next day Lycos locked me out of that account. So now I don't have access to my primary email account, nor do I have a way to recover my various web sevices that I use under those accounts. So not only have I been hacked, but now Lycos has screwed me so I have no way to try to fix said hacking or even check to see how many accounts have been compromised. Thanks a lot. 20 fucking years. Got an email to tell me the bank refused payment so my domain account is suspended and the domain na...me is being set back for resale. Thanks for your patience and crap system so i can't contact you to sort it. I can't work out if it's you guys or the bank who are the biggest wankers in all this Ещё

Have been trying to unlock my domain for weeks now. Have been with you guys for years and have even... recommended you to others who needed an easy web platform. Will never recommend again. Customer service did eventually reply needing further information from me, two weeks after my initial contact. It has been well over a week now, and no further response or action taken to unlock my domain. I am beyond irritated. When I try to resend email, I get a response that the mailbox is full. Terrible, terrible service. I hate to go this route, and never post reviews like this, but i am very frusterated, and at this point, If I could give zero stars, I would. Ещё
