Had my bachelorette party there. Put us outside when we were supposed to be inside which was ok. Food took forever. 1.5 hrs later maybe got half of what we orde...red. Broken shot glass, hair and fly in 2 shots (which we never got taken off our bill but didnt realized till the next day). Waitress was great but we called in advanced, asked for shots to be waiting when we got there and asked to have our own hostess and the manager said yes to everything and none of that happened. We spent over $1300 in 2 hrs and not once was i offered a free shot or a drink being a bride. My sister finally complained and the waitress asked us how many bottles of champange we wanted. She said she would bring 3. We got 2 and it was shitty. Had fun anyways but the service was sub par and food wasnt the best. Should have spent my 1300 elsewhere הצג עוד

Honestly, I was pretty worried looking at all the negative reviews on Yelp and Facebook, but our experience was pleasant. We did go to eat and have a few drinks... earlier in the day (maybe 1130/12), which seems to be the best course of action told by many who have frequented this place. Service was a bit slow at the beginning but it looked as though they were still setting up. Working in the restaurant business, I personally didn't mind too much, and our server did come with waters and got our order quickly after finally introducing himself. The food was good and tasty (had sliders and tacos) and the drink selection was good and plentiful for both beer and spirit drinkers. The place looked awesome and the views were spectacular. We were able to take a bunch of pictures overlooking downtown and Coors Field, which is across the street. There were also some clear views of the mountains in the background. It does remind me of a huge night club scene though. There was a lot of security walking around with ear pieces and walkie-talkies looking for something to do even though it was day time and the place maybe had five tables at the time. Reading reviews, the place turns into "douche bag central at night" (other people's words, not mine) and the atmosphere seemed to confirm that idea. Bartenders and servers were hanging around and looked like they were judging everyone coming in and the hostess wasn't overly friendly either (just a personal feeling). We were also charged a $25 copper cup free when ordering a Moscow mule, which they did take off at payment time, but was something we were unaware of until looking at the bill. It seemed to confirm the type of people who may frequent the bar at night (stealing a $5 copper cup, come on). There is a decent sized island bar as soon as you walk in and another bar on the same floor hidden by a sliding door with a dj booth overlooking the scene. There's also a huge outside patio with cabana looking tables and individual fire pits, a fake grassy area (I heard for volleyball during the day and maybe dancing at night) and a huge screen tv. If you take the stairs to the rooftop (a drunk test for sure), there is a bar inside with a few tables and an outside island bar with more tables. Overall we had a good time, but were conscious of other's experiences and tailored ours to have the best possible. I'm sure it would be a fun time at night, especially during games or if you were looking for more of a club scene, but with so many other bars that have rooftops and restaurants around the area, I would take the advice of the locals and reviews and go during the day. Oh, and as for the racist employees, we didn't experience anything of that nature during our visit. הצג עוד

My husband, myself and my sister stopped in 2 hours before the game to grab a drink and something to eat. I'm glad we got there early because if we had got ther...e a little bit later we would have never made it to the game it took forever to get our food out and the food was awful when we got it. We ordered ice tea, sliders and nachos. The food was terrible, they were the worse nachos i have ever had! My sister was visiting from California and this was her first time to a ballgame ever in her life. I thought it would be a great experience to take her to go see the Rockies the game was fantastic they won! But this place The View House I will never visit again! הצג עוד

Horrible service. It took our waitress about 20 minutes to bring our drinks out and they were warm. Asked a couple of times for a cup of ice and it took her a...bout 20-30 minutes to bring that out. My sister ordered the California burger, I believe, with no tomato and sweet potato fries. It came out with tomatos and regular fries. They took it back to the kitchen and brought another burger back with no tomatoes but it still had regular fries. We were one of the first group of customers there and it wasn't busy. So I don't really understand why it took so long and the order was so messed up. Not sure if I'd go back to this one. הצג עוד

This bar was discriminatory. I walked in, showed my ID, and right away the bouncer said, "how much have you had to drink?" Shocked, I said, "two vodka seltzers...." He said, "well based on your actions, we do not feel comfortable letting you in." I questioned him, because all he legitimately saw was me walking up to him. I said "let me talk to someone above you." His "manager" came up, I explained the situation angrily, because they had no reason to react that way to me, and the manager said, "I was going to give you a chance but your attitude is awful." Really? I was just expressing my feelings towards not given a real chance. Awful bar. Would never recommend to a friend. Actually, I will probably talk this bar down to all my friends visiting. Was in Denver for a conference and had seen this. At onns food show for a specialty cocktail. Decided to go with 2 friends to check it out. Short walk from the... hotel. Cool place. Two story main restaurant then an outside area with corn hole. We sat outside on upper deck. We were given nenues right away and we were able to slide into the last round for happy hour. Could have had two if the waitress came back. New waitress she kept checking on us if we were ok. Told us they were short stafffed. We replied we are fine just keep the glasses full! Overall food was very good my friend had the beef sliders with egg she loved them. I had a chopped southwestern salad with grilled chicken. Very good. We actually went back in Ssturday. New waitress. Not very good at all. Very slow and not intuitive. But check it out if you are in Denver by the baseball stadium . הצג עוד

Two stars for location. With the tip I paid $19 for a Rueben that took 45 minutes to arrive and when it did it was soggy and cold. They wanted me to pay to ...charge my phone last time I was here. In all fairness the manager did get me a free drink for all the trouble. However, this place is always inconsistent and overpriced. I just want to take the time out to thank Jessica and the rest of the staff that made our engagement special (Friday, June 2nd). You all were so patient, had a ...great attitude, and pleasant. I cannt say enough great things about Viewhouse and the staff that runs it. My husband and I recently held our wedding reception there and it was absolutely ama...zing! David and his team really know how to do it right and it was worth every penny! We had the best night of our lives and everyone was so attentive. We try to hit this place up every time we come to Denver for the great food and atmosphere. I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out. You will not be disappointed! הצג עוד

Good luck getting decent service here wether it be from the wait staff or at the bar. Not only is the service a joke this place is always drama. Better not be s...tanding too close to a fight that breaks out. My boyfriend got kicked and punched in the face by a bouncer AFTER another bouncer had him restrained on the ground. Unprofessional. Just because you woke up and put a security shirt on doesn't mean you can assault people. And when they saw they were being recorded they tried to intimidate the guy who was recording and take his phone! Definitely perusing this issue. הצג עוד

Food was decent and priced well. Staff was everywhere but were busy preparing for the Padres, I mean Rockies game. Had to flag down staff for a beer or appetize...rs even though there were a dozen employees right in front of us. Again, I think we just picked a bad time to go, couple of hours before game time. Waited over 20 minutes to even be acknowledged. We had to get up multiple times to find our server and had to split our own checks at the end and we're charged for an additional drink that we never had. This had to be ten worst service experience I have ever had.

Took 30 minutes to be greeted and get drinks out. One of the drink orders was wrong when it finally came out. Took staff over 10 minutes just to tell us they we...re out of a specific beer we wanted. Place was obviously understaffed. Not enough chairs to sit down, half of us had to stand at the tableside. Poor management. Terrible experience. הצג עוד

My boyfriend and I visited Denver for the first time and spent the entire afternoon at ViewHouse! The staff was super helpful and friendly, the food and drinks ...were absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was incredible! Music, sports, games, and an AWESOME view! The staff are consistently rude, they do have fun planned events and a great outdoor space so I continue to go back, but I'm not an advocate for the place. They really need to treat customers better. Horrible service. Rude staff.

Roof top bar, dance floor, outside volley ball & lots of sofas next to fire pits. This place had a little bit of everything! The people were cool too & super friendly. The only downside was the kitchen closed at 10 & I was starving !! Other than that ...great place

This place has an awesome atmosphere. It has a rooftop bar with awesome views of the city and Coors Field, and the downstairs area has dancing and outdoor lounge areas with fire pits. The food is also pretty good. Really cool place.

Love this place! Good food, great drinks and an awesome atmosphere with fabulous views of downtown! Great service every time we've been there! Definitely one of our favorite places to go when we're downtown!

i have a friend that works there. knowing i dont have an i.d....i asked the staff to contact someone so i could get my buddies keys for an alternative to standi...ng outside. the red bearded doorman acted as if he was god. wouldnt listen to my question without having a "valid i.d." which i made clear i didnt have. he let numerous people in without checking i.d...yet felt empowered enough to ask for my mine.....then proceeded to walk inside and turn around to suck his teeth and mock me like he won. hes a child that runs to safety that doesnt deserve to be employed by this place. הצג עוד
