Triplex burger... suppose to be medium rare...but came in as med well done😔
Rack of ribs... w/ hickory sauce. Overall taste is one dimension.... sweet. The corn salsa is sweet.the potato cup mash topped w/ cheese is savourless. Overall they can do more with the seasoning and spice.
Finger box.... this is where the waiter missed out to ask if I wanted the fish or chicken version. We recieved the chicken version and the chicken is moist and tender. Good job guys.
Drinks : we had american iced tea & ginger beer (psst.....ginger beer taste more like a lemonade soda)
Vibes : a rock bar with good songs selection
Would I revisit?
Yes. But not in the near future as of now.
Hopefully they improve. On my next visit

Last night in Chiang Mai...I have to be up at 4am to be at the airport for 5-5:30
Before I left a Chef asked me to visit this place and rate the burger...lol...Everyone knows I'm a burger guy
Again this country can't seem to disappoint me in any way shape or form when it comes to food
...Now I've had the pleasure of having some top burgers all over...US, Carribbean (all except cuba), London, lreland and now Thailand
This hands down is one of my top 5 burgers...I did the house special...(local beef) with local thick bacon, fried egg, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese sauce, fries, onion rings and a Leo beer
I've had a $200 burger before and this tops that one...I'm not even playing
Most expensive meal I've had here in Thailand so far...lol
Burger with extra fries, onion rings and a leo beer cost less that $13 US.....I would of easily expected to pay $30-40 up to 60-70 back home
I meet the owner and expressed my satisfaction...he was really cool guy who knows they have the best...lol...humble guy for sure
Hats off to the the grill masters and staff... highly recommend 5 out 5 for me and this my friends is my God's honest truth

The staff were very friendly. But they could use some training on how to serve and pay attention to their customers a lot better. It wasn't bad, but for the prices here, I would expect a lot better, not just like I expect at a local noodle shop.
Cleanliness could use some attention to detail. It was just as I would expect any average cheapo restaurant to be. Lacking attention in many areas.
Food - It was a good burger. Not awesome, but it was definitely good and pretty much f...itting for the price and location. But the fries brought that thought down... It became a mediocre meal.
The place seems to have such great potential, but management needs to get on the ball to bring it up a notch. I know the staff can do it if they were trained and provided the motivation. Or maybe not? Maybe they have been trained well, but need to be replaced? Who knows... I will be glad to go back, but only if I really want a burger and happen to be local and not closer to a Dukes.
