My first time at the Venue.I wish other businesses will take the time to work with their employees Like Buffalo River Works,Has done.The service was amazing,The security team was Amazing.(Total professionals).Kitchen closed at 2pm yesterday.The Kitchen still took the time to make sure we got fed.Our server was amazing as well.To the Bartender at the main Bar!!! Thank you for how you were very patient and not being In a Rush to get us to order.The staff in Genral was just a class act.If I could hit more than 5 Stars I would.Heres to everyone for yesterday Thank you.10☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Riverworks held a high school reunion for us. They forgot to put the steak and shrimp out on the baked potato bar during the event. Although we had a really great time (specifically because we're a blast to hang with!!), they did not properly compensate us for this issue. The item cost $11 per person with Tax and gratuity. As compensation, they offered $200. We felt that the steak/shrimp toppings were the bulk of the expense and should have been about half of the cost - a...bout $300. In addition to this, their wait staff was inexperienced. We ran out of forks and had to ask for more and were told that they're in use in the restaurant. One of our leaders looked at the person that said this and said "that's unacceptable". Forks showed up 10 minutes later. The guy at the carving station cut the turkey so thick that they ran out of meat. It was literally 1" thick. I will avoid riverworks as much as humanly possible to vote with my pocketbook.

We go here on the boat in the summer way too many times to count... The food is never anything to write home about, and the fact that they shortened their menu and took off several of the better options from the food and drink menu was sad. They must have let go of their "ok" cooks because yesterday was so bad! Literlly everything we got was overcooked. From the app to the burger, chicken and fries!! I never complain, but I couldn't even eat the chicken breast. It was the sma...llest thing I ever saw in my life, so I imagine it was easy to over cook that. My husband ordered a medium burger and it came back well done. Fries were way over cooked and the dip was terrible!! The servers we have are always great, it is most definitely not their fault. He took off a few bucks...needless to say, I dont know if ill b3 there aside from boating season anymore. Cool place, but maybe they should invest in the more important things... I went home and ate cereal! Sad thing is the 2 ladies next to us had said their food was overdone too!!

We were at riverworks on Saturday 12/08/17 and they completely rigged the results on the country night sing off between uncle bens remedy and Kate Mallen. About 85% of the people cheered for ubr and maybe....maybe 15% cheered for Kate and she won. I’m not saying she was bad but uncle bens remedy was significantly better and they were awesome I need to see them again and I don’t “need” to see her. All I’m saying is it was rigged and I don’t like it. They need to really recount the votes or get a digital readout of the crowd and realize they were wrong.

Bartender was incredibly rude to everyone at the bar , charged me for 3 beers even though we only had 2 and acted like I stole something. I loved this place BUT the bar staff is awful! Wait staff was great and the place is cool but the bartenders ruined it for me. As a former bartender I was shocked at how rude they were and it wasn’t even busy. We left and so did about 3 other couples due to his attitude.

We were there Saturday night and had an awesome experience. We waited for thirty minutes at the bar and had an easy time getting a bar tender to wait on us. Once seated our server Kim was great even though it was a packed house. We order two dips as appetizers, the beef on weck and the seafood dip and both were amazing. I ordered the seafood Mac and cheese and there was more seafood than Mac which never happens and it was delicious. Plenty of parking which is great since most places downtown have the hassle of onstreet or the parking ramps. Can't wait to go again.
