Fantastic, attentive service. Amazing New Orleans BBQ shrimp, bread and side salad. The bread pudding was good, but not my taste. Do recommend this restaurant, yes!

I call our dining experience at Emeril’s an amazing experience!! We had 3 wait staff members waiting on us hand and foot. They even insisted on walking us to the bathroom rather than just pointing us in the direction of the bathroom. My sister and I are on a special low carb diet and the staff bent over backwards to prepare our meal to our precise specifications. We were also celebrating our father’s first birthday in heaven and the staff was very sensitive to our feelings. If I could, I would give them a 10 star rating. Wonderful service and delicious food!! Thank you!!

Unfortunately, it was not all we hoped it would be. The service was amazing! The food was good but not outstanding. The worst part of our experience was how long we had to wait for our entrees. The manager apologized for the delay, which was nice for him to acknowledge our inconvenience. However, the long wait did put a sour note on our evening and when the food arrived it wasn’t fantastic as been our experience in the past. Disappointed 😔
