My food was great. Had been wanting to visit since I’ve heard about Tam’s. We got there around one and got a table for 4 with no problem. One of my lunch mates’ meal was not so good. Grilled cheese sandwich, which wasn’t grilled (burned bread) and one little piece of cheese. Yes, it had bacon and chicken but the chicken was overcooked and maybe reheated. She took one bite. She sent it back and they still tried to charge her full price for it. Overall our service was horrible.... It may have been a young family member filling in on a Saturday but this was the worst dazed and confused moment I’ve seen in awhile. He was focused on whatever was happening outside the window instead of the table in front of him. He was rude when asking him simple questions. We asked for an empty plate twice to share our meals with the one that sent hers back and I still had to go find him to ask him a third time. More dazed and confused looks and I was finally handed a plate, without a single word from him. They weren’t overly busy. Everyone else who came to our table was great. Tam, your food deserved more stars but this guy ruined it for us. And we’re not really that hard to please. Sorry if it’s family but business is business. I’ll probably be back but the other 3 were “one and done” with it. And I hate that.
