I accept paypal and direct checkout as payment. Please pay when you purchase an item. I will give some leeway before I send a reminder. I consider myself to be pretty laid-back so if you have a problem please let me know instead of keeping me guessing!

Whatever country you live in, you are responsible for any VAT or customs tax you encounter.

I usually ship the next day via US First Class. If you wish to have an upgrade or insurance, please convo me. International shipping usually will not include insurance (the post office rules, not mine!). Besides it's cost prohibitive - but I will be happy to do so if you wish to pay the fee.

I ship to your paypal address to prevent fraud. If you want your item shipped to another address, please let me know in the notes to seller section.

I will be glad to refund purchase price and shipping within 7 days of purchase if a problem with an item is my fault. If you simply decide you don't like or want the item I will be glad to refund purchase price less shipping on an item within 7 days of purchase, provided I receive the item back unworn and in the same condition you received it. I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages if insurance is not purchased. I have to strictly adhere to this policy - I am charged for each transaction as well as a listing fee, and if I have to relist an item, I am charged again.

PLEASE NOTE: I am forced to collect 7% sales tax (the tax rate in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, where I reside) on items sold to people who reside in Pennsylvania. I have set up my paypal account to charge the sales tax when you check out. Please know that if there is a glitch, I will refund you whatever amount you are owed.

Custom Order - I will take custom orders if it's possible for me to replicate the beads you want. I will list a custom order and take payment up front to prevent me from making beads that are never sold!

Reserved Listings - I will be happy to reserve items for you - I will keep them in reserve for a week. Reserved items will only be items in stock, again, to prevent me from making beads that are never sold!

I do not sell wholesale.

Please note that due to recent circumstances, I cannot sell to you if you only provide a company name as the name on your account; if your first and last names are not on your account, I will have to cancel your transaction and refund your money. Sorry, certain people in the world take advantage and we all have to pay!
