At this moment we don't carry large stocks so if you want to purchase a large quantity you have to bear in mind that we will most probably need a few days more than usually to serve you as well as an advance payment of approximately 30% of the total price. In general an early notice will help us serve you better. Please bear in mind that large quantities specially ordered for you can't be returned. To be sure you can order some samples first.

Parcels to Europe usually take 5-10 days to arrive. Parcels to US and Australia usually take 10-15 days. However in some rare cases they may take longer.
If you prefer your orders to be shipped with registered mail it can be done for an additional fee, let us know in your buyer's message.

Shipping fees are calculated basically according to number of the items you purchased. Usually if your order consists of seven or more items we will send it to you with registered mail but volume and weight play also a role.
Of course if you have purchased less than seven items but wish to receive your order with registered mail you can contact us to ask and we will charge you the difference.
In some rare cases where shipping fees wil turn out lower than you have paid, we will refund you the difference.

Not very often some parcels may be held in customs, in no E.U. countries, please understand that such procedures are beyond our control.

Buyers have the right to return certain products for any reason by contacting the seller within 14 days from the day they receive their order. Don't forget to read the dimensions of each item in order to avoid trouble caused by miscoseption of sizes.

SAMPLES

We give you the opportunity to find out if our products are good for you before making a large order.

You can order up to 5 samples for the symbolic price of $1+ shipping fees. For up to 10 samples the price will be $2 + shipping fees.

In case an order follows, the samples fee will be refunded (only the samples fee, not the shipping fees), provided that the total of the order exceeds the fee that was paid for the samples. It is the buyer's responsibility, when he makes an order, to remind us of the purchase of the samples with a link otherwise we won't be able to track it in order to proceed with the refund.
