Paypal is the preferred, easiest and fastest and secure method of payment. PayPay accepts e-checks, credit cards, and debit cards. Products will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

Even if you do not have a PayPal account, PayPal can process your credit card information as payment. Choose PayPal as your payment method and follow the prompts for non-account holders.

I ship within one to three business days after receiving your paid order. I ship using Czech Post (Ceska Posta).

If you are concerned about shipping to your home country, kindly request insurance and I will adjust your shipping & handling charges as additional fees apply for insurance. Please understand I cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance, and for lost, damaged or stolen packages that are not insured.

Also, I cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to charge any import duty on your items. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty.

Should there be any reason for which you wish to return or refund your items, will you please contact me prior to leaving feedback and I will endeavour to resolve any problem to your full satisfaction.

Refunds (less shipping & handling charges) will be made for items returned within 28 business days in the same condition as they were sent out. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. I will refund the item's cost on your PayPal account.

Custom orders and sale items are non-returnable.

Please look after your jewelry with care. All my handmade items are treated with a water resistant finish; however, they do not like a long dunk in water and I always recommend removing jewelry before swimming or bathing.

Like any other art jewelry, cleaning should be done only with a soft rag and water, never with cleaners containing abrasive chemicals!! Even chlorine, the chemical most often used to keep swimming pools and Jacuzzis free of bacteria, can damage your jewelry. Hair sprays or perfumes should be applied ahead of jewelry as the chemicals in those products can strip the finishes over time.
