ד''ר הולדר הינו בוגר מתוכנית ההתמחות בפריודונטיה מUNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN שבארה''ב שבו עבד גם בתחום של תורת הסגר. הוא ביצע מחקר קליני בתחומים של הפרעות תפקודיות של מערכת הלעיסה, בטיפול אורטודנטי (ישור שיניים) בפציינטים מבוגרים, טיפול יישור שיניים בפציינטים עם מחלת חניכיים וטיפול שמרני במחלת חניכיים.
ד"ר הולדר פיתח מכשיר למניעת נחירות אותו הוא מרכיב ברמה גבוהה של הצלחה לפציינטים המתאימים.
ד''ר הולדר התחיל לעבוד עם שתלים דנטאליים בשנת 1986, ולמד את כל השיטות המובילות בתחום.
ד''ר הולדר שימש כחבר בסגל ההוראה באוניברסיטאות בארץ ובחו''ל.
בשנים האחרונות כיוונו העיקרי הינו שיקום הפה על גבי שתלים בעזרת תיכנון והדרכה ממוחשבת, המאפשרות דיוק מרבי במיקום השתלים ושחזור מיידי של השיניים במקרים רבים.

Master of Science in Periodontics

Treatment of diseases of the gums, TMJ, Occlusion, Oral Rehabilitation on dental implants, computerized dental implants, ALL-ON-Four technique, Ultimate treatment for advanced gum disease, treatment of oral bad breath, and treatment of snoring.

Dr Holder is a graduate of the Periodontics program at the University Of Michigan School Of Dentistry, where he also worked in the field of occlusion. He worked on clinical research in the areas of functional disturbances of the masticatory system, orthodontic treatment in adult patients, orthodontic treatment in patients with periodontal disease, and conservative treatment of periodontal disease. He developed an appliance for the prevention of snoring which he fits to appropriate patients with a high degree of success.
Dr. Holder started working with dental implants in 1986 and he has studied all the most important techniques.
Dr Holder has belonged to the teaching staff at universities in Israel and abroad.
During the last years his main thrust has been oral reconstruction on dental implants with the aid of computerized technique for the planning and guidance of the procedures, that allow precise planning and location of implants and their immediate reconstruction.
