Now seeking a talented, experienced individual to serve as Office Manager & Bookkeeper on a full-time basis. This position is responsible for all financial and human resources needs of a 20-person staff.

Digital Brands is now seeking a talented, experienced individual to serve as its Office Manager & Bookkeeper on a full-time basis. As this position is responsible for all financial and human resources needs of a 20-person staff, the right individual will be a career-minded multi-tasker with demonstrated expertise in bookkeeping and HR.

The position pays $60k to $75k to start, with further financial upside based upon employee performance and overall contribution to the company’s success.

The job duties of this position include:

Management of all payables, receivables, and payroll via Quickbooks
Coordination with accountants to ensure timely and accurate filing of all taxes
Daily, monthly, and quarterly P&L’s managed via Google Sheets and Excel
Enrollment and administration of all benefits (health, vision, dental, IRA, and more)
Onboarding paperwork for new employees
Ongoing management of the company’s HR policies
Daily coordination of company-provided lunch, snacks, office supplies, and more
Total work environment management, including coordination of trash removal, cleaning crews, office repairs, and other projects

Position Pay & Benefits

The position pays a starting annual salary and bonus of $60k to $75k, depending on experience level and expertise. In addition, the position offers the following benefits:
