Hollies For The Garden
I’ve been looking at adding a dwarf holly bush to my yard. Winter is the perfect to plan changes to your garden. Hollies flower in the spring and add winter interest with berries. Since the best time to plant a holly is in the spring, I need to make my choice in the next few months. Spring is early in Florida and ends in summer heat long before the calendar says it’s summer.

Floral Valentine Table
In January I put a vintage thrift-store find on my table. It’s a pretty rose print tablecloth with a dark blue background. I showed part of it when I wrote about my cyclamen plant which I placed in the middle.
