I like the document signing and authentication features.

I do not care for the price and wish there were reduced to free options for non profit organizations.

PDF Filler Useful but be Mindful

Comentários: My overall experience with PDF Filler would be neutral. Although PDF Filler is well known they still have a lot to work on to better the software.

Vantagens:

What I like the most of PDF Filler are the options of tools you have to create and or edit the document you want.

Desvantagens:

What I dislike the most about PDF Filler is that the fill-in-the-blanks do not line up with the original document wording. For example, when you create the form and it has fill-in-the-blanks for the recipient like full name, email address, etc... So when the recipient receives the document and completes the form, when you get it back the fill-in-the-blank responses are not lined up with the document. For me this was frustrating because I would have to send the document to myself multiple times to make sure it's all lined up.

PDFfiller

Comentários: It started out fairly good, but the card issue was the last straw.

Vantagens:

PDFfiller is relatively easy to use. It was necessary that I have a software that enabled my online customers to fill out my forms online, which included the use of electronic signatures. This was accomplished somewhat with this software.

Desvantagens:

My customers had some problems with the software while filling out forms on my website. The Dashboard is extremely unorganized and sometimes difficult to find my required templates. The biggest negative was that 2 months before the year was up that I purchased, PDFfiller had a price increase. I never was notified, and that price increase was taken out of my card. Since then, I have read similar complaints online concerning card issues with PDFfiller.

How useful is product

Comentários: Pretty good. Worth the money

Allows me to easily upload document and edit as PDF. Perfect!

Desvantagens:

A bit clunky interface Could not figure out how to stop the cursor from moving to the next field as I update document

Bait and Switch Waste of Time

Comentários: It offered very standard fill and print forms. Depending on the variety it may have been worth the subscription, but they employed spam tactics to get you in to use a "Free" fill and print and then, of course, you go through the 8 layers of "CLICK HERE TO PRINT" "ENTER CC INFO FOR FREE TRIAL" "YOU CAN CANCEL ANYTIME" surprised they didn't use a winkie emoji there, honestly.

Vantagens:

It worked as expected. Since I have to add more.....

Desvantagens:

They waited until I was done filling out a BOL to send me to a screen wanting a CC number for a "Free" trial. Dishonest bait and switch and they won't get my money. They wasted my time, I'd send an invoice if I thought they were honest enough to pay.

Click-bait marketing for n otherwise smooth tool

Comentários: This tool came on top as I searched for 'Free PDF Editor'. I was in a bit of rush and wanted to edit a PDF soonest. This looked like a credible tool so I used it. I was a little puzzled that they didn't even ask to sign up but didn't think much of it. However, after painstakingly editing the long document and spending close to an hour, my work was over. I saved the doc and was about to download it/email it when the twist happened. Apparently, I can only export the document by subscribing to a plan. Yes, they offer a free trial but you need to have an account, AND input your credit card details to continue. I realize that many tools use this strategy but it never made any sense. What is the point of credit card info if you only need a free trial? Unless of course, they are hoping that you'd forget all about it until the trial expires and they can charge the oblivious user? Not very ethical now, is it? It is plain rude! And a horrible UX. I spent hours on the doc and only after completing the edits was I told that I had to subscribe to a plan and provide my card information in order to proceed or download my work. (And they rejected 3 cards without any reasoning!) You could have told that upfront without the bait. The user shouldn't have to invest hours and work before being told that 'hey, you have to pay if you want to put this to any use'. It's what they call 'Dark UX'. You have a fine tool, why do you have to trick people into using it?

Vantagens:

Ease of use. Intuitive tool and quite smooth. (I only used it once so can't say more)

Desvantagens:

Tricking users with a dark UX. Ask for payment upfront and please don't surprise users at the very end.

Hit and Miss Success with Quality Forms

Comentários: Hit and miss. We elected not to continue because for every 1-2 forms we found which were useful, 10-12 were not.

Vantagens:

The library of forms, when lucky to find the right one at the right time, is useful, however the majority of the forms located were out of date, and/or just scanned copies of work which couldn't be customized and would require extensive retyping.

Desvantagens:

The out of date forms, the poor quality scans of older documents which are not fillable, the inability to customize many scans which present themselves as "scans" but are really just poor quality copies of outdated work.

Vantagens:

does what it says, says what it does, a simple, efficient product that, frankly, exceeded expectations

Desvantagens:

not adobe. a bit clunky. too many requirements to return to dashboard in order to start over. slows process

PDFFiller Review

Comentários: Disappointed upon use. Does not make modifying pdfs easy.

Vantagens:

I appreciate the goal of this software in trying to allow us as users to adjust pdfs.

Desvantagens:

I think the software is very expensive for how little it offers. Docusign and other google products work must better and some are even free.

Hating the new new upgrade

Comentários: Since the updates, they have made it more difficult to edit, remove and change. If they want you to use a Template, it should be just that, and not have to edit the last document or form you used, ie: If I type a W9, them try to add a blank one, it brings up an old one. I have to click to have address or date erased, them remember to click edit or type, whatever. Ridiculous!!!!!!

Vantagens:

I like the ease of using this before the update!

Desvantagens:

I do not like the updated version. I want to open a new file, not a template that it so difficult to edit!!! Will be looking for other programs in the future to replace this.

Solid PDF Editor and Digital Signature Platform

Vantagens:

We like how quick you can upload a document and merge with others, if needed. We're able to add the fields we need fairly easily to any document. With just a couple more steps, we're able to send the document out to a recipient to collect information or a signature. Based on the plan you pick, you can have verified signatures which come in handy, if required by our company. This is a very quick way to get up and running if you're not on the digital form/signature bandwagon yet.

Desvantagens:

In the past, we've used DocuSign and SignNow. PDFfiller is getting to the point where it can be a direct competitor. However, it's lacking a few more features and advanced options. However, the cost is justified. We will definitely revisit in the future.

PDFFiller

Vantagens:

I liked that I was able to create editable fields on PDFs and fill them out.

Desvantagens:

I didn't like the user interface. It was a little more complicated and outdated in looks in comparison to other platforms I've used.

it works but with errors

Vantagens:

from my experience, PDFfiller works, but only with a few kb files, since when files are heavier it does not work as it should.

Desvantagens:

the first time I used it, it worked slow, but it managed to fulfill its purpose, but I think it was the only time I could really modify a pdf file without problems, since after that, I tried to use it with heavier files but the page worked very slow, freezing or sending me errors. I thought it could be due to the configuration of my computer, but from other laptops I have not managed to work well with larger files either.

Fill or Sign with pdfFiller

Comentários: I can convert and extract client files in one software which makes it easy for the company to organise files.

Vantagens:

You can do multiple tasks with the software including merging, appending, extracting and more.

Desvantagens:

It comes with limited forms and the functions are also limited.

pdf filler

Comentários: excellent for editing tiny, straightforward documents.Inserting signatures, etc.

Vantagens:

1.I like how you can quickly add or remove a text field.Wow, it's wonderful to be able to use docs for this. 2.Since pdfFiller allows me to edit documents in a way that Acrobat does not, I actually prefer it more.I've made use of a few of the beautifully designed templates. 3.This software makes it possible for us to collaborate more quickly and easily while yet protecting personal information, therefore I prefer emailing documents or exchanging them with the employees.

Desvantagens:

1.Live chat appears to be the only form of support, which can be annoying if something goes wrong.It could also use a smartphone app, which I don't think is available right now. 2.It's terrible because you can't download your pages without giving personal information, making it impossible to evaluate the product.The front end is awkward and heavy.

Tax forms

Comentários: Experience is fine. We are a small business and it provided the forms we needed and the submission was easier than other website similar to pdffiller.

Vantagens:

It gets the job done. I work for a small business, and needed just a few tax forms filled in and submitted.

Desvantagens:

It is not easy to navigate. Very difficult to find your way to the correct form

I liked it a lot to fill out forms and sign, it helps a lot in the on line activities.

Desvantagens:

It is complicated by not having a translator, very basic making the paid version expensive.

I use PDF filler to send insurance claims

Vantagens:

I can fill in and print the document. I can save the docs in individual files. Overall good. The product is easy to use once u set it up. Also I can easily bring up the software on any computer. Home or work

Desvantagens:

I detest the help pop ups and can't get them off the document. Very annoying. The pages on the out skirt of the docs are junky and tooo much page noise.. make it simple and clean!

Could be more efficient

Comentários: Standardized formats are easily transmitted to others.

Vantagens:

Once you use it, it's fairly easy to utilize again

I was not pleased with the time it took to find an appropriate document. Also, finding previous documents was not as simple as I thought it should be.

The Truth

Comentários: It’s my second go to document editor, I feel like it still needs a little bit of work.

Vantagens:

PdfFiller is great when editing documents. I feel like that is the only good use for it.

Desvantagens:

What I dislike about it is that sometimes when editing the documents it doesn’t fully function right.

Editing PDF made easy

Vantagens:

I send out contracts electronically and this software saves me a lot of travel time as I can sign documents on the go. I like also that it integrates with google onedrive and there is an API to integrate with other software.

Desvantagens:

The lack of an Auto-Save feature is not so encouraging plus everytime you login on another platform, you are logged out from the first session and you lose unsaved work

It was cool to be able to fill in the blanks online and not have to print a PDF fill it out scan it then go back and scan it to send it out again

Desvantagens:

They made it seem that it was free but after your first document there was a fee that was not presented before you download it

Only reason we pay for this is because it is required

This is an easy to use product, where you can put places that need to be filled out. It does what it says it does

Desvantagens:

But this is only the filler product, and with the pdfs I would want so much more product integration if I am going to pay $20 a month. The only reason we buy this is because this has a monopoly on certain documents that banks like to see. It is a monopoly on something that should be free!!
