DreamApply offers an easy and straightforward application process. The website is user-friendly and all the necessary information is easily accessible. I found the customer support team to be very helpful and responsive whenever I had any queries.

The only downside I found with DreamApply is that the pricing is a bit steep, especially for students who are on a budget.

Aspetti positivi:
We started small in 2018, just for our Summer School. It is scalable and these days we use it for all our programs. The software is getting better and better with new features. DreamApply is always open for feedback and requests.
Aspetti negativi:
Some features are not yet available like passport checking. They are working on it.

Commenti: Overall, the experience is very good. DreamApply helps us to digitalize our paper-based protocols and to handle over 5000 applications a year. The University of Pécs has doubled its number of international students in the last five years, this could not be done without DreamApply.

DreamApply's surface is the most user-friendly surface in the market for students, admission counsellors and recruitment agents. The platform is logical, easy to use, and easy to learn.
Aspetti negativi:
In our case, the admission protocols differ from faculty to faculty, and DreamApply is built to serve institutions, not faculties. So for us, the system could be more flexible on the differences at the faculty level.
