Great scheduling software solution

Pros:

We use this on a daily basis in 7 locations to schedule our patients, schedule our drivers' routes, and track the foot traffic into our stores.

Cons:

Only able to have 8 calendars. We have been able to make it work but we would have liked 10-12 caledars available to view on one screen.

great, easy to use but a couple quirks means it doesn't get 5 stars

Comments: Great, but expensive for my size of business.

Pros:

It's to use, easy to add new classes, new teachers and easy to change things once live. Nice new dashboard. nice links directly to classes, courses, memberships. nice marketing tools

Cons:

A customer can't bring a guest without having creating a new customer account for their guest. Been told many time this is frustrating for customers. Desktop is better than the app. the app often gets suck when doing anything with dates, adding / changing times. Customer service response times has slowed down, but when there is a response the help is always excellent

Reasons for Choosing TeamUp: Too expensive and too big for my needs

Switched From: Mindbody

Reasons for Switching to TeamUp: seemed to fulfil all my requirements, easy to use and easy to migrate

Does the job

Comments: Makes running the business easier

Pros:

Manages my client bookings and payments without too much effort

Cons:

Changing classes is complicated when you want to do something in the future

Would not use any other booking system.

Comments: Freed up so much admin time, tons of automation, personal notifications and our clients find it easy to use. We are really happy with it. A great system run by really lovely people.

Pros:

As a studio owner of 25 years and seen staggering changes in how we run our business in all that time I am delighted to be leaving this review. Having been with Mindbody and got thoroughly fed up with constant price hikes I looked around for an alternative. We moved to Teamup in 2016 and have been with them since. The easiest switch from Mindbody to them - mainly because they have done it so often, it was seamless. Most of all its the team behind Teamup that makes this an easy decision. They have the same values of looking after their clients as we do. You don't run a studio and retain clients for years as we have managed for this long without a lot of input into client retention. Lots of great flexibility and easy to use.

Cons:

There are always things that can be improved and we have the chance to comment on a wish list that others can see too and if's its a good idea or a great improvement, they make it happen.

Comments: Really good. Really pleased I moved over from Virtuagym. The customer service is exceptional and the price is really competitive too for a great product.

Pros:

It’s just really easy to use and intuitive. It feels like it has been designed by a fitness professional who actually uses it

Cons:

Nothing yet. It would be nice if I could have a separate calendar for staff to add their availability for the month ahead so I could know who is free to work which session and then allocate them

Reasons for Choosing TeamUp: Virtuagym claimed their system done a lot more than it actually does and their customer service is absolutely awful. There are tons old glitches in the software and it’s really overly complicated. Worse decision I made going with them

Reasons for Switching to TeamUp: I had previously been with pushpress and they were quite good. I loved to Virtuagym because it offered a lot more including your own branded App but it didn’t provide any of this, so when I moved away I researched other products and saw a lot of positive reviews for TEAMUP
