te lo venden muy bien, son unos genios vendiendo el sistema,, y te garantizan que en 2 meses empiesas a ver resultados,,,, al mejor estilo estafa piramidal.. pagamos una cuota mensual y te aseguran el éxito!! pasado 2 meses no las cosas no funcionan te cambian de operador y empiezan a culparte por la falta de clientes.. que no te valoran, que no es buena imagen que la zona que escogiste etc etc.. luego te invaden de clientes inexitentes o fuera de tu rango o ninguno de tu especialidad... te quejas y de nuevo es nuestra culpa... son estafadores autorizados y que te amenazan con la firma de un cotrato no podes salir y te pueden insultar

la falta de implixacion, de seriedad, la soberbia el engaño, y sobre todo de interes en arreglar o ayudarte

No me ha gustado nada el software, no hemos conseguido ningun cliente en 15 meses. Solo ha generado una carga de trabajo inmensa para 0 rendimiento. Además de las numerosas solicitudes realizadas con perfiles falsos para aparentar un trafico de clientes potenciales que no tienen.
Contras:
A la hora de solicitar la baja del servicios, no me la conceden. No me cogen el movil, no me responden a los correos. Sin embargo, la mensualidad si que me la cobran y no se puede devolver porque es un cargo desde EEUU.

Es una estafa. Adquirí el servicio hace un año y desde que realicé la suscripción nunca más se pusieron en contacto conmigo, solo realizaron responsablemente el cobro. Mi Client Success Manager [CONTENIDO SENSIBLE] dejo de trabajar en la empresa "casualmente" hace un año también. Para cancelar mi suscripción me piden que me contacte con ella, obviamente no me da respuestas. Necesito urgente que se pongan en contacto conmigo o tendré que pasar a instancias legales.

Comentarios: I did not have any prior experience using Houzz Pro before working at KRB. I am impressed by the pro directory and add features that can be a great opportunity for us to set ourselves apart and be found by the kind of clients we are targeting. Having the ability to run local ads in our target areas of New Hampshire is something that helps us grow our brand, which is exactly our goal. I also think having the ability to showcase our work on another platform other then our website and social media platforms is a great way to extend our reach and again, be right on track with our competitors.

I would say that Houzz is becoming a an increasingly important resource for us to showcase our work and help people understand how our process works. The projects we showcase combined with the brief bios we include help people understand our design process and also help them see why working with a designer is so important. We specialize in kitchen and bath renovations and that's what sets us apart from our area competition and through updating our profile we continue to showcase how superior our designers and team are.
Contras:
I would say the drawback to Houzz is how even with the filters for the scope of work we do, we still have so many people reaching out that do not match our scope of work. This means we have to filter through these leads instead of having a pipeline that would be potential customers for us. If there was a better way to filter through these leads then we would have a better opportunity to connect with leads that could be our potential customers. I also have been looking into the email marketing feature and was impressed how Houzz Pro offers the opportunity to have an unlimited amount of contacts, this is a stand out feature compared to other email marketing platforms/ However, I will say that due to the lack of formatting features we decided that using Houzz for our newsletter was not the best choice for us. As I mentioned to our customer service rep, if this could be changed I think that using Houzz for our newsletter would be very beneficial due to the ability for us to include all of our existing contacts in our CRM system, plus the ability to have more as we gather more contacts from our clients as well as from our website.

Fake Reviews, Poor Customer Service & Rolling Contracts
Comentarios: Houzz Pro Support is exceptionally poor. They have refused, for example, to take down a fake review of my service which details an encounter with a client which never occurred and which violates Houzz's own review Policy. They have accepted a falsified invoice as proof of the encounter. For this reason, I am relieved that I have never used features of Houzz Pro beyond marketing. I was tempted at one stage to avail of their offer to host and design my website. I realise now that to do so would be to cede authority to an entity which knowingly publishes defamatory and libellous reviews. Under these circumstances, their rolling one year contract system is infuriating.

Comentarios: I would recommend Houzz for any business that is wanting to generate leads or to any home owner who is looking for professionals for a multitude of different skills.

I love the simplicity of Houzz. The fact that you can navigate through the site with ease as well as having an account manager to ask any questions!
Contras:
I do not like the messaging aspect. I wish it was a bit more user friendly, in the sense of having any unread messages being bolded so they stand out better. Also being able to read back through the previous messages could be more clear.

Comentarios: Marketing is the main issue that Houzz is helping with, just getting my firm's name out there and optimized on search engines, etc.

I like that it links my Houzz public page to my website making changes easier. I also feel that having good customer service help has been key.
Contras:
I feel Houzz is still working out how to bring clients together with pros. So far the matching of client to pro without the client specific preference hasn't gone too well. I have noticed that many times these matches are actually spam or the potential client is not very interested in proceeding.

Enjoying the Professionalism of Houze Pro!
Comentarios: Right now I'm pretty exhausted after working all day on several projects, but I will do my best with this. It seems that all the prospects I receive are wanting to do quite a bit of work, after being in their homes for all these months; but don't have the budget to do what they want, so even though I give a free consultation on the phone and answer all their questions. I really need some better prospects and am wondering if I need to update my website, but [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] thinks it's great. Should I not mention working within their budget? I am getting all the cheapskates it seems! i understand people are worried; so am I!! I also just the other day, tried to make some verbal improvements but it didn't tell me I had run over the 2500 word limit until I finished it, and so it didn't save any of it. I talked to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] about this and he told me to send what I wanted to write to him. Please look this over for me if you really want to help.I know Houzz keeps him pretty busy! Could someone else look my website over and make some suggestions. ? I think a longer video with music would be better..the one you have put on there is too short. Please advise me on that.. But I can honestly say that I have investigated other companies and nothing compares to your Professional program!! I really like almost all of the features for Houzz Pro. I also really appreciate my dedicated account manager..[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]...He always tries to call back ASAP and is very upbeat and helpful!! Please keep the prospect description short. In my opinion it should always fill just ONE sheet so it can be copied and followed up on until we get results of some kind.. and the phone number should show with it. Sometimes when I click on it, the screen changes, and I have to go find the phone number by clicking on Leads and going through putting the name in just to get the phone number. It's hard to describe, but that's it has recently started tot be a problem.. Otherwise it is very easy to work with. Please keep it informative, but short.

Yes the REVIEW section could be improved. I have had several people have trouble in trying to give me a review, even though I have sent them a request for it from my end using their email address! Please make it easier for the client to leave a review. Second: I always send an email immediately after trying to call the lead. I NEVER have had a prospect say they received it! . there must be a fault in what Houzz puts as a Subject line, but they don't open it or receive it and reply to me. At that point, this is the ONLY way we can get in touch with some of them especially if the phone number is busy or incorrect. ! Please improve it and get it to the prospect right away. That would help a lot! What is happening here?

Houzz Pro is a Solid Option

Love the ease of use - it's a very intuitive software on the whole. It has most everything we need from an proposal/invoicing/client database side. (We use it along with Basecamp, which is our project manager software). The reporting feature is nice, as well. Reasonably priced and wonderful customer support!
Contras:
There are definitely some features that we feel are missing within this software. It would be nice to have a little more customization options when creating proposals/invoices with regards to adjusting line spacing, how large our company logo appears on the document, etc. You also cannot have an invoice with a negative amount (we don't have negative amounts too often, but every once in a while we need to refund a client and have a corresponding invoice that shows it). It'd also be nice to be able to make a templated proposal, so we can just use that to create a new one that already has a lot of the items in it that we use on most proposal - have to start from scratch every time creating a new invoice or proposal. We also bill in a cost + % format. It'd be nice to be able to ask for percentage amounts instead of just having dollar amount options for line items - for example, having the line item at the bottom be able to calculate a percentage of all the line items above it. But, all in all, these are smaller things and obviously not enough of a deterrent for us and we us Houzz Pro for our business and do enjoy it. Think it's a great software and is at a reasonable price.

Our company likes the analytical information, lead generation information, and the profile settings given to us. The information we receive is valuable such as addresses, phone numbers, project information, and metrics we can use to create strategies for our company.
Contras:
Although we do receive valuable information, we wish it was easier to download it into a pdf or an excel document. Additionally, we wish the layout of the incoming leads was organized a different way so we can easily see information quickly or sort leads by month, project types, and etc. We wish we could obtain emails of the leads we receive to build an email list. The ultimate dream would be for Houzz to connect to our CRM program Builder's Trend.

Comentarios: What did we do before we had this type of technology. they only bring us the type of work that meets our profile and then give us the tracking mechanism to insure we can mange the client interaction.

The software has a fairly significant learning curve for people like myself who have run their company mostly off of a combination of spreadsheets and contact list. I am finding that the program has so much depth and the more we get into it the more we realize that we need to go all in. Houzz has been so good to us on all the other platforms that we would be foolish not to take advantage of this. If you do not have reagional placement contacts in place with them you are not spending your advertising $'s very well.
Contras:
The shear size of all that you can do in the program. As the combined reviews of our company round 12 M. Double of what it was just three years ago we realize that having everything in one place is the best strategy. But getting 30+ years worth of experience into a single program seems daunting. Would be great if they had on the ground tech staff you could hire to make the transition.

Comentarios: Overall, our experience improved once [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] became our client success manager and walked us through the new features. I would say only one lead has turned into a completed project so we are still evaluating if the cost is worth it; however we are committing to utilizing more of its features and improving our page to offer a fair evaluation.

First, our current Client Success Manager, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], is extremely helpful and has helped us to utilize more features of Houzz Pro that we weren't taking advantage of before. He answers questions quickly and has taken the time to have several meetings to improve our experience. Also, the new lead tracking feature has really improved our experience with Houzz Pro because we can now track all our Houzz leads alongside with word of mouth and leads from other sources side-by-side, making it much easier to follow-up!
Contras:
It took quite a bit of set-up time and a few client success managers for us to get the full picture of the software and how it can help promote our business, but once all the initial work is set up, it is easy to use. One thing I dislike is when I am creating a gallery, I have to input same project information and tags on every single picture. It would be helpful to have an autopopulate feature so if there are, for example, multiple pictures of a kitchen, the same information about finishes can be applied to all photos.

Comentarios: We like the tool. We feel it is useful to our business and exposure. We only have to get one viable lead from Houzz to make the fee worth it, so we keep it. We have gotten great jobs from the website and feel like as Architects it’s a tool we want to be featured on.

I like the ease at which leads are filtered and sent to us. I also like the ease of use on the website itself to change features, connect with potential clients and also for marketing.
Contras:
The least thing I like about it is that you mostly get leads who aren’t ready and/or serious. You get a lot of “browsers” and making a connection to them mostly does not happen. For those who are serious, the connection happens, but that is likely 20% of our leads only.
