Lusha: Easily get quality leads

Kommentarer: We have used Lusha to accumulate leads for cold prospecting. The reply rate for cold prospecting is generally low but with Lusha we are able to get quality leads and hence the overall reply rate looks good.

Fordele:

Lusha helps you can get quality leads with a click of a button. It can help you create and send customize emails. A general reply/response rate is good with the leads obtained from Lusha.

Ulemper:

The only disadvantage is that it is not supported on iOS.

Lusha is a better option for Lead Generation

Kommentarer: Having an accurate contact details has been very easy for me since I started using this tool a few months ago. Lead research has been fulfilling and effortless thanks to lusha.

Fordele:

Lusha has provided me a great and accurate results for contact searches, it also has a simple interface so that all users can easily navigate through the tool.

Ulemper:

Sometimes it provides the same contact details once the salesforce has been updated, it feels like it searches for the contact information that was previously saved rather than providing correct contact details.

My experience with Lusha

Fordele:

Very user friendly and easy to understand tool.Especially Lusha integration with Chrome is very handy when in need of instant contact info.

Ulemper:

Lusha doesn't have an in-depth database right now for every organisation. It takes data from multiple sources which sometimes doesn't provide right contact info.

Kommentarer: It is often that I can't find contact details for an individual on Lusha, however, when I go to ZoomInfo or Rocket Search I can find it

There is not much that makes this a good tool

Kommentarer: Overall experience is very very good with this software. Solve all the problems.

Fordele:

It has a very large no. of user data. You can generate leads using this and can convert them into sales. By using this task seems easy to fetch emails and contact numbers of decision makers. Automatically connect with the Salesforce CRM. Connect with the API's.

Ulemper:

I don't think there is any less feature in this software. It has everything which needs to be in the sales profile. but they can lower the pricing it looks a little high.

Kommentarer: It was abit of getting used to in the beginning. Also because we had to convince some other colleagues about the functionalities it has. I wasn't sure myself either in the beginning, since I could not find as much information as I was hoping to.

Lusha is really easy to use. You simply install the plugin and you're ready to go.

Ulemper:

What I like least about the software is that it's somewhat inconsistent in its records. Especially in the branche we are working in, it is sometimes quite difficult to find information on specific profiles. Some tests I ran, I only got 2 out of 40 records. It also sometimes sais to go to a profile, while I am at one already.

Lusha - a nice tool that is a work-in-progress

Kommentarer: Overall a pretty good product that saves time, but there are couple of issues that need to be resolved, such as being charged for contact details that bounce (emails) or not connect/someone else's (mobile phone).

Fordele:

The ability to pull contact details for LinkedIn members can save hours a week on searching manually.

Ulemper:

The success rate of accurate email or phone numbers is about 60%. You are charged a credit even though you report the incorrect state of the contact details presented. It also keeps displaying an upgrade option (that needs to be repeatedly minimised), although we already subscribe to that option.

Most accurate lead generation tool

Fordele:

As a result of Lusha, we are able to find the contact information of different individuals so we can email or otherwise contact them. It is also possible to perform a bulk export of contacts to find them. In order to obtain a phone number, you do not need to go to another website.

Ulemper:

Its trial version has somewhat less credits.

Easy linkedin tool for contact info

Kommentarer: for a rep who does minimal prospecting for NEW contacts, its a great free tool to have. If I did not work with mostly existing relationships then I would totally pay for the full tool

I LOVE the fact that it works SO WELL! Moreover, the team is super helpful whenever I face technical issues or need help

The permissions that the extension asks for make me unconfortable - and my cybersecurity team did not allow me to use it, so on my corporate computer I am only allowed to use the Prospecting Dashboard

Kommentarer: Overall, it is a great tool unquestionably. Whether it is data extraction, prospecting or maintenance, you can manage everything very easily and helps you a lot to increase the frequency of your reach out as well as conversions in the sales niche.

Lusha is an amazing tool when it comes to extract leads and their contact info no matter if it is their contact number or their e-mail, Lusha turned to be the most accurate as compared to the other tools in the same space. Not only, is it easy to use it is almost accurate every single time. You can easily keep a track of all the leads that you extracted at one place. You can also extract multiple leads at the same time, saving a lot of time when used in an integrated format with the other sales tools/softwares like LinkedIn. Also, the USP of this tool that was the most relevant to me was its prospecting feature where you have various filters to actually deep dive into a particular industry/ niche and extract the data in a structured manner industry by industry. Moreover, you also get a lot of free credits every month when you join the Lusha community providing something extra to their members.

Ulemper:

All in all it is a great platform for increasing your overall sales but sometimes it might provide inaccurate information like the phone numbers might be old and now not in use. Also, it is a little expensive when you want to use it on a full fledged basis with all the features in place.

Great Tool to generate leads

Fordele:

If you are making cold calls, this is an essential tool. In most cases, Lusha was able to find the mobile numbers and emails I was looking for. In fact, it's extremely simple, as the app pops up with the contact information without you having to do anything, you just need to click the button.

Ulemper:

There is nothing I dislike about Lusha. I can always contact the support team for assistance and answers to my questions. In addition to that, Lusha is improving every day, and I think it's a simple tool with a simple interface. My hope is that it will work on all websites.

Fordele:

I use Lusha on daily basis to get information on leads that I am looking at on Linkedin. Many times Lusha is able to give me the personal details that I am missing from my other CRM databases.

Ulemper:

It seems like there are times that information is incorrect and there is no way to correct it or inform that it's wrong.

Kommentarer: I am able to reach individuals directly on a more consistent basis. Had to call main line and ask for my contact prior to this. If Lusha has the correct information (which is sometimes doens't) then I am calling them directly and have a better, quicker way of reaching them.

Fordele:

It is easy to use and providing the person's best contact phone number and email are the biggest strength. Finding someone's email and/or direct line is very tough so this helps alleviate some of those issues when prospecting.

Ulemper:

A LOT of the contacts don't have any email or phone number. It will just say something like "Lusha cannot verify the contact". When I was in the free trial a good number of contacts had the info but ever since I paid for the yearly subscription I am finding that a good number of contacts LinkedIn profile do not have their information or say "Lusha cannot verify the contact". Also - sometimes the information is inaccurate (which is exepcted).

Fordele:

Good quality contacts at some reasonable pricing. The tools like their extensions all worked smoothly and properly.

Ulemper:

The contact data wasn't as expansive or detailed a other vendors. Their product suite is a bit smaller compared to other vendor offers.

Still lot of corrections would help to get the accurate contact details.

Fordele:

Overall a good product. There are quite a few errors occuring on different phones or email ids coming when we open the same profile at two different instances and I guess your teams might be working on them. At times the numbers are not correct.

Ulemper:

Ease of use. Since it is plugged with Linkedin it becomes very handy and the pop up comes once the details are there on Lusha.

The 'widget' just sits on top of your web pages and works for you. It often finds 'impossible' phone numbers that other solutions simply don't have. Very easy to use.

Would be good to be able to import full contacts into SFDC

Kommentarer: I can definitely say that Lusha has been helpful throughout my day to day tasks as the extension tool can get the job done. A simple click of a button gives you accurate information and this alone is very helpful from a sourcing standpoint

Lusha gives you legitimate contact information just with a simple click of a button. The contacts have been accurate based on my experience and it also extracts personal email addresses which really helped me with engagement.

Ulemper:

Lack of features. Lusha needs to have other features such as project folders so that we can customize and group profiles. Overtime, having thousands of profiles in the dashboard can get daunting and it needs to be properly organized for better efficiency

Lusha allows Me to connect with people who I would normally have no way of getting in contact with. As a recrutment consultant, it has led to me bringing on more clients, building more relationships and adding more value to my business and my career. I honestly wouldn’t know what I woulD do without it having used it for the past 2 years. I would highly recommend anyone in my industry to implement it.

Content. Your information is good, and I assume will become better as more and more companies find their way into Lusha's database. I like the ability to have the information imported directly into Pipedrive. I also like the ease of using Lusha.

Ulemper:

The contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses, is not as squeaky clean as I would have hoped. In my daily searches throughout any given week, I find up to 15% error, finding that email adderesses and phone numbers are incorrect. It would be more acceptable if the margin of error was 5% or less.

I have the Lusha chrome extension so I can verify prospect email/phone numbers if I cannot find them on ZoomInfo or their LinkedIn. Very quick, and easy to use!

Kommentarer: Although the accuracy needs to be improved, ts great when you can reach someone by phone to follow up and make contact - it can make a big difference, as often people are interested in your offering, but are not visiting Linked In very frequently, so it can convert someone into a candidate who otherwise, would have missed the opportunity.

Based on my usage, which is international the data provided it often inaccurate or out of date. I would estimate around 60% accuracy.
