Before using TUIO, we had numerous people working on collecting data and keeping track of tuition payments. And once we moved to TUIO, it became all encompassing and all involved, and we were able to save money on staffing and also the amount of time that was spent chasing after families to make sure they continue payment and pay on time. It has just been a huge time saver. After chasing after parents and after accepting so many different types of payments, TUIO really simplified things. They work either directly through banking or through Visa or MasterCard and it just became so easy. Parents easily accepted it as well and we are now a well-oiled machine because of the TUIO program. TUIO's tech support was like no other. I've never had a company where I contacted them through email and they responded immediately. I know that is how I operate and I was really, really pleased to see that TUIO was the same. I've received personal phone calls, personal emails, and they offered the same to our parents and families. Within a day they were always responding, so it was just a wonderful, wonderful experience to set up and to get things started because they were there for us the whole way. If you are still thinking and contemplating on whether or not to turn to TUIO for your enrollment needs, I would say don't hesitate. The difference in my life and the stress that I was under has all been relieved because of this program, so I would not hesitate to recommend, but also to encourage you to try it immediately. It is definitely saved time, effort, and emotion in my day to day work.
