On a daily basis, we use Mailchimp to automate our communications, whether that's people opting in to marketing campaigns and sending them the PDFs that they opted in for, or sending out newsletters once a week, once a month, whatever it be. It's a really nice tool to automate the email communication side of marketing. One of the nice parts about Mailchimp is, it's a really nice introduction to email marketing and automation for those who don't need a super complex, overly bulky, overly pricey system. Mailchimp is really nice, lightweight starting point to get into the email automation world. They even have a free account option, just to check it out. But the prices really are fairly reasonable compared to most others in the market. And when you need to send out basic email communications and you don't need a huge system like a HubSpot or something like that, it's a great resource. The only downside to Mailchimp is if you are more towards mid-market to enterprise size company, there is some functionalities in there that you're going to miss out on, especially when it comes to the sales team management or pipeline management. There's really not a lot of resources inside there for that, that you get with other CRMs in the market today, like a HubSpot or an active campaign that have sales pipeline management included, and some more technical features that come bundled in. Of course, with that comes a higher price point. That's the only thing I can really ding Mailchimp for, is just some of those additional features that you get in other CRMs these days.
