Comments: Overall pleased with the price point for an esignature service and the HIPAA security features. Wish the eSigning tool was a little more reliable, but I suppose you get what you pay for.

I use iLovePDF for the HIPAA secure esignature feature. I have used it a few times to edit PDFs.

Cons:

The esignature feature frequently is down and I have to wait to access it. The templates can be glitchy and haven’t saved me as much time as I had hoped.

Cons:

If you want to workout with large PDF files (like compression) you will not able do it due to file size limitations in the free version. While many of the platform's tools are accessible without payment, the free version imposes restrictions on the size and number of files you can process.

We Love iLovePDF

Comments: PDFs can be challenging to work with. The word processing and document editing that has become so commonplace in Office/OpenOffice is trickier when dealing with PDFs. Since we have been in business, we have had to constantly decide between paying a tremendous amount (for our company) for Adobe software to be able to use a handful of the functions we need, or sacrificing quality and professionalism by using other file formats. With iLovePDF, we can utilize the features that we need without being financially burdened by having to purchase an entire software suite.

Pros:

The best part of iLovePDF is the simplicity of using it. We have worked with Office documents for years, but we have always had a "hands off" approach when it comes to PDFs. With iLovePDF, we can create, edit, and merge PDFs as easily if not easier than Word documents. This allows us to send out files that look much more professional when attached to e-mails than a simple "FILE.DOCX"

Cons:

It is free software, which obviously comes with certain drawbacks. If we were seeking to get rid of all other software and strictly use iLovePDF to handle our documents, we would be at a loss. However, when used in conjunction with other standard business software, iLovePDF becomes an invaluable tool that provides options that other software simply does not.

Comments: Overall, iLovePDF gives me the freedom of converting, splitting and merging files accurately and at no cost which is really just amazing and user-friendly.

Pros:

What I like most about iLovePDF is that I am able to convert my files either pdf to word, jpg to pdf, etc., splitting files and merging PDFs easily, plus I can use it for free.

Cons:

I least like about it is that whenever I convert a jpg file to excel, it just cannot convert it accurately, usually I cannot effectively use this feature, because I just can't convert properly.

Cons:

There is one negative aspect, which is regarding the conversion of PDF to Excel. It is not accurate and not all texts and tables are understood. I hope this feature is updated in the future.

Comments: I am using this tool for the last 4 years and the experience is great. It is super easy to tackle and perform all pdf-related issues in one place and the performance is damn good that it just takes a few seconds to do.

Pros:

Anyone who knows how to drag & drop can use "iLovePDF". The tool is disarmingly simple, and it saves us a lot of time. Gone are the days when we had to look for a colleague who had a license for the market's leading software to perform a conversion or merge documents from other formats. It was a relief to find such an online tool that is so simple!

Cons:

The price is a little high. 25% less would make us not hesitate to renew our plan. However, it is difficult to understand how personal or sensitive data within submitted documents is handled. This has prevented us from entrusting other types of documents to this solution, in light of GDPR.

The most useful feature of this software is the ease of which I can convert multiple documents at once. I have a daily requirement of needing to convert a large number of files, and this speeds up the process by allowing me to upload 10 documents at once as opposed to having to do this one by one on my Microsoft Office software

Cons:

I originally had some difficulty with setting up my signature for signing and it took some time to get it right as the software wasn't allowing me to upload my signature. However it worked after a page refresh.

I use it to merge PDF, convert Word, PowerPoint and excel to PDF, with the HTML to PDF tool, it quickly converts a web page into PDF just by entering the URL, you can also protect pdf files with passwords. ilovePDF has improved over the years by adding more features and optimizing its app on iOS, the mobile app has a very clean and easy-to-use interface, I constantly use it to scan documents.

Cons:

The only negative point is that when I use large PDFs, the app is a bit slow.

Cons:

The I Love PDF website is great but, I had some problems with the mobile app and I hope they can fix it very soon and improve it in the future. It's a cloud-based app and you need an internet connection to use it and the desktop option is not the best for a lot of us. I hope they can add more tools such as text to PDF for example. I hope they allow us to keep the same file size when we use the separation tool.

Merging PDFs have become so easy thanks to iLovePDF. The easy drag and drop function has made the website much more user friendly than similar websites. Most importantly, you do not need to memories the sequence of your documents to upload in the same order one by one. iLovePDF offers you the preview of your document as well as the flexibility to move files in the right order. Therefore, you can easily change the order as you wish. I really love this feature. The other option I like most is converting PDFs to Word Documents. It is amazing. It will not give you a funny document, which you would find letters, and formats fly everywhere across the document after conversion. iLovePDF perfectly converts PDFs into Word documents. Finally yet importantly, there are no watermarks or hidden brandings in out puts, unlike other websites.

Cons:

I have not found any negative point in this iLovePDF. However, it would have been better if iLovePDF allow us to name our files appropriately before downloading. This is the only negative point I noticed but I am not sure whether that option is available or not.

Comments: I use iLovePDF to manage PDF documents. Using documents in PDFs format offers more security to files and also makes it easy to store and share the files. iLovePDF allows me to change any file from other formats to PDF format and vice versa and also to edit pdfs. It also allow me to sign documents electronically.

Pros:

Using iLovePDF is so easy and no skills sets are needed. It offers a lot of PDF document editing features allowing me to do anything i want on my PDF documents. I like it how it allows me to convert my pdf documents to and from any other file format. iLovePDF allows me to secure my documents by adding password protections to restrict access to only those with the access rights and also, it is easy to add watermarks to the documents.

Cons:

There is nothing that i dislike about iLovePDF. The experience has been so smooth and very satisfying.

Worth the money and makes my work easy

Comments: As a software engineer, I deal with documents daily. Having a software on which I can rely for all the basic document tools like merging, conversion, editing, etc helps me to be efficient in my daily life. I also get to keep my ppts as pdf, and then convert the pdfs back to presentations as needed. It helps me organize all the documents that I have. The steps for mering, splitting, etc are all very simple, intuitive and hassle-free. I also like the new signature tool.

Pros:

The features that I use the most are the merging and compression tools. Choosing files from different locations and folders and merging them is very easy using its merging tool. It is also very quick and I don't have to wait for it to merge documents. Many websites require documents of a specific size. Also sending smaller files/ documents is quicker. Hence I use the compression tool often to compress my pdfs to the required size.

Cons:

I don't have any problem with this software. The only thing I can suggest is that they can add epub to pdf conversion and vice versa, since epub is an increasingly popular document type.

Excellent tool to manage pdfs

Comments: This is one of my most used tools to merge and modify pdf. It is quick and easy to use. Joining is excellent because It allows you to locate the order you want for your archives.

It is online so if you do not have an internet connection you will not be able to convert the archive.

Though it is a good tool with lots of features while coming to the aspect of Securing, Signing and Sharing the documents there is a doubt in its security. SInce most people switched from Adobe to this the confidence that Adobe gives on security is missing here. I think twice or thrice before uploading my personal documents in to this tool.
