About Aircall
Make every phone conversation count and give time back to your reps with 100+ CRM, helpdesk, and software integrations.
What I like most about Aircall is how simple the interface is and how easy it is to use.
Call quality is really bad, all of my colleagues complain about calls dropping or customers not being able to hear them.

I love AirCall, been using it for over four years now!
Comments: I've used this for over four years and introduced it at companies I've worked and consulted with. It's easy to use, low price, and the features are top-notch.
Pros:
AirCall is very user-friendly and easy to deploy. The dashboard is very streamlined, and it's easy to set up additional features like IVR. The Call Monitoring feature is critical. It is really helpful with Sales, Retention, and Account Management. Helps me to hear exactly what's happening on the call, so that I can train my team members, and help them hone specific pitches.
Cons:
I have no complaints, it's the best VOIP service I've used.

Aircall has great features!
Pros:
We implemented Aircall because we needed to record inquiry based calls to help improve our business and services. Aircall provides you with toll free numbers, a virtual call center, and call routing, which helped us get started.
Cons:
The pricing is a bit steep, provided the fact that you have to pay per user, and each member of our team needs access.

Experience on Aircall integrated with Hubspot and Planhat
Pros:
Our Sales team started more than 2 years ago with a test and we continued. We find Aircall easy to answer the phone and is there a high-quality connection. Our Sales team uses the Hubspot integration. Since 2 years our CSM and onboarding team are using Aircall to call customers. We use a Planhat - Aircall integration, however the automated log only includes the duration of the call and not the notes. We have different numbers per country presence.
Cons:
Passing calls between departments is not good arranged. We have customers in Spain, but no local address/office so this caused issues because of no proof of address.

Hi Daisy, thank you for your review! We are glad that you're making good use of our integrations. Regarding your local address issue in Spain, we apologize for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, this is a compliance issue and nothing that Aircall or our competitors have any control over. If, however, you're able to register your business in Spain, this could be an option for you going forward. I recommend you consult our Customer Success team to understand your options. - Best, Max from Aircall

Worst CSM rep and billing cancellation process. Beware!
Pros:
Not applicable. I DO NOT recommend Aircall to any small business.
Cons:
Integration with Hubspot is very limited and the sync does not properly work every time. After I expressed my disappointment about the integration and the high price I was paying, my CSM rep [SENSITIVE CONTENT] seemed more interested in locking me into a longer-term contract to lower my fees rather than helping me fix the root cause.

Hi John, I'm sorry that you had a negative experience working with our team and HubSpot integration. It is never our intention to make you feel unsupported, so for this, we sincerely apologize. I have contacted your CSM to see what we can do to help you out here. In the meantime, I encourage you to take some time to review a recent webinar we held on how to better use our HubSpot CRM integration (linked here: aircall.io/on-demand). I promise you it is worth the watch and you will probably learn some helpful tips you might not have known before. - Thanks, Max from Aircall

Aircall is the easiest system as well as the best value for money.
Comments: Overall, I have loved using Aircall, they are so much better than our previous phone system, much easier to use, cheaper, and they actually seem like they care about our experience unlike some other companies.
Pros:
What I love about the software is the fact it is just so easy to use. Being a gatekeeper at my company is not one of my highest priorities as I cover many different areas. But the fact that I could do one onboarding call, and understand how to call, take calls, transfer, tag... basically everything is amazing. Not to mention our CSM was great and always checked in to ensure we understood the platform.
Cons:
The only thing slightly annoying is the constant updates on the phone app, which stops you being able to take calls until you update it and as someone who doesnt always have the app open right in front of me sometimes I miss calls because I am unaware it needed an update.

One of the best
Comments: I have used the free trial, worked amazingly. Integrates with Pipedrive as well. The only problem was the price. It was more than our budget
Pros:
It's got everything you need for a smooth sales process. From the interface, to call recording, ease of use, transferring calls. Just perfect.
Cons:
Software seems to be flawless, however, for a smaller sales operation like ours, the price was very high.

Great in its business
Comments: It's been great so far.
Pros:
Aircall has a lot of great features and functions: Live Dashboard, Analytics, Users/teams distribution, etc... It offers pretty much everything you might need in a call center and is very easy to use.
Cons:
I would say the incidents that are happening during the high volumes. Though, they are fixed and taken care of as soon as possible by the team.

From Good to Better
Comments: We are calling and texting.
Pros:
The layout. It is compact and you can get all the features in one place.
Cons:
The message section is not at all helpful in sorting the text. There are 2 options in the HISTORY section.i) Calls and ii) MessagesThe calls section has the Filter Option enabled, which allows sorting by date, teammates, call type, number, and tags.ii) MessagesThis section gets greyed out hence you are not able to search.I deal with different Clients, and the tool has no option to sort the text as it does on calls

Best application I've ever used
Comments: I'm using Aircall since 5 months and honestly it's a really good product for our business.
Pros:
Calling is good, we can transfer calls easily,Overall easy to use.
Cons:
We can easily transfer the calls internally

Cost Effective but Feature Poor
Comments: Fine. Aircall is a softphone service that will allow you to make calls, but not much beyond that. If you're looking for a starter service to make and take sales calls, then you can do worse than AirCall, but know that there are more feature-rich options out there.
Pros:
The best thing about Aircall is its ease of use and pricing. It's one of the less-expensive soft phone providers on the market, and it's extremely easy to get in and assign numbers and teams. The call quality is also pretty good for what you're paying.
Cons:
There's not much of a solution for local presence. Our use case requires calling across the United States and Canada, and in order to reach leads effectively we need to use area codes that they recognize. This is certainly achievable, but it requires a lot of legwork on your part - purchasing numbers in the areas you want to reach and manually switching before calling. I've also run into a few integration issues that no one can seem to help me with.

How I feel about Aircall.
Comments: I have to say my overall experience with Aircall is good. Of course, nothing is perfect and sometimes you might have an issue here or there. But in all honesty, I prefer Aircall over Ring Central any day. Not only is the tool user friendly, but the customer service team is great! They go above and beyond to assist you and will follow up with you until the problem is resolved and I appreciate that.
Pros:
What I like most about this software is the dashboard. I am able to monitor employees and help them by using the coaching feature which is really cool. I can add new hires and remove people who are no longer with our organization with ease. Also, I like the analytics which our management team really appreciates because it helps us to determine workflow by gaging when agents are needed more on certain days and times.
Cons:
The first thing I would change is having to refresh the dashboard all of the time. As an admin, I have to refresh to make sure I am seeing current activity. It showed agents unavailable, and when I reached out to them they said they were. I had to refresh and two of them were on calls. Also, sometimes when you go available on the Aircall App, it shows you available there, but on the Dashboard it shows the agent unavailable. When this happens, you have to log all the way out and then log back in. One last thing I would change, is when a customer calls in, after the phone rings several seconds, it says NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER that call. But that wouldn't be the case.

Extremely User-Friendly Call Center Software
Pros:
Aircall has a very user-friendly interface- it's easy to navigate and all the main functions are neatly outlined (keypad, history, to-do, people/contacts, setting up work hours). I have rarely had an issue with call quality, and I appreciate how easy it is to make a phone call. You can search for a teammate by number OR by name, which is nice, and you can easily switch between different phone numbers. It also shows the status of your teammates, whether they are offline or in a call, so you can easily determine if you can transfer the call or not. (At a previous company, I was not able to see whether the person I was trying to reach was available or not)
Cons:
Based on conversations with my manager, it is not easy to pull data from Aircall. While it is extremely user-friendly, my manager has had difficulty extracting data and quantifying our missed call rate, etc.

The best way to set up a call center and to enable support!
Pros:
I could set up a call center in matter of minutes, and it is very easy to use! And the calls that arrive, we can forward to personal mobiles, that has helped us to make sure that we would not lose any important calls. The best part is, we can record and make a note of all the calls, and we can also put up a setting for greetings. The desktop app is self-sufficient to receive calls, and I should say the quality of these calls are just awesome. The customer service team is very responsive, they have quickly got back to us whenever we had any concerns. The application integrates with pipedrive, slack and thereby had helped our staff to stay connected for better support. The application is very much cost effective in comparison to the features it provides.
Cons:
We need a strong internet to use this application. There are a lot of updates available every now and then, but updating and restarting of the application has become a very irritating task.
Thoma
Aircall is the bomb
Comments: Great experience overall
Pros:
Ease of use, the ability to use it on my iPhone, the SMS features
Cons:
SMS does not support MMS, which is not the worst, but it is inconvenient as customers constantly try to send MMS. The only other downside is that if you are making a text to a customer and a phone call comes in, it erases your message and you have to start over.

Aircall and Piprdive combination do the job for me
Pros:
Aircall integrates seamlessly with Pipedive to make our groups task easier. The phone numbers extracted through pipedrive email marketing campaigns are fed to Aircall and our phone markering people will take the charge at this point. Aircall has a great advantage that it works very well on the phone app which we never need a phone number to make the call. It cheaper as well compared to the services it offers.
Cons:
Aircall is the app in which I daily use that gives most minutes of downtime everyday. The mobile app sometimes fails to send out sound notifications even when the sound setting are set correctly.

Do not recommend at all
Comments: horrible
Pros:
interface looked nice, the call recording function was useful
Cons:
Where do we begin? Aircall has been nothing but a headache for us. PRODUCT: - Quality call is SO poor. To the point we just gave up on using the application. Calls would drop out and our customers would complain they could not hear us at all. There would be at least a 2 second delay in calls, the lag was atrocious. Whenever we took this issue up with Aircall it was blamed on our internet. The speed tests they made us do proved our internet was perfectly fine. We use our internet for video calling daily and never have an issue. We have now been using Ring Central, which is also dependent on internet, and according to our users the difference is aboslutely shocking. We have not experienced any call quality issues with them, and they have a really good analytics section showing us the quality of each call. Unlike Aircall, where we had to submit a ticket for every single call that had an issue, and the response we got everytime was that it was our internet problem. - The mobile app lacks so many features. To answer a call you must answer through the aircall app. On ringcentral, if a call comes through on our phone, we can answer straight away through ringcentral without needing to press onto the app. - The dashboard had so many glitches. It could not even display the correct time we were making calls. I took this up multiple times with support and for weeks was told it was still being fixed. Integration with our CRM just did not work, our contacts never showed up on our dash

Aircall has helped our business immensely
Comments: Aircall has really helped us immensely. Working from home in the early stages of the pandemic was incredibly difficult, so having easy to use systems for our team was important. Initially, we were using hard phones that were required to be plugged directly into the modem. I opted to go with Aircall as it not only allowed us to be free of wires, but gave good insight into when our customers were calling, and recording this information in their HubSpot profile. I found the onboarding process with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] to be amazing.
Pros:
Aircall's design is incredibly simple and easy for everyone in our business. The integration with HubSpot and Shopify works flawlessly and makes life very simple! The onboarding with the Sydney team was excellent.
Cons:
The actual audio is very good, though only ever as good as your internet connection. I have only ever had minor issues that have been resolved with the amazing support team very quickly.
Praveen
Setting up a call center in just 5 minutes!
Pros:
Whenever we are done with creating a product/service we usually give everything to marketing and sales team but I believe there should be one more thing needed, the customer service to answer product related calls. We have been not granted with great infrastructure to set up a group of customer service associates at our office but with the help of aircall, we set up remote agents from almost every continents. I could easily monitor activities and real time performance from my office and they even allow a great iPhone app to do everything at great convenience.
Cons:
They do not offer anything for companies below 3 employees. They won't allow registration using webmail email addresses like Gmail and Yahoo and they only accept email addresses at a company domain. This causes freelancers and consultants to not using this app.
Claudia
GREAT DIALER
Comments:
If I have a small business, I would still use this app :)
You get the quality you paid for!
Pros:
Our company has been using Aircall for about 3 years now. It's such a neat, great functioning tool. I had tried Zoom and RingCentral and I have a hard time hearing the person in another line. Most of the time, it takes a few seconds for the other person to receive my message. Aircall does not log
Cons:
A little expensive than other dialers...
Erin
Great app
Pros:
I use Aircall every day and it's very easy to use. Call quality is good. Very easy to use app for both my Mac and iPhone. Easy to import contacts via CSV. Love the office hour options to automatically make calls go straight to voicemail. Love that you can call right out of the mobile app so I don't have to use my cell number when I'm not at my computer. Great solution for companies that don't want to spend money on a phone service and hardware.
Cons:
Wish there was a direct Salesforce integration so that all my "attempting to contact" and "active" are in my contacts. Often times they aren't up-to-date (due to me not pulling a CSV more than once a quarter) so I'm never sure if it's an Aircall coming in through the mobile app or if it's just a random number.

Set up is easy, integration with CRMs
Pros:
- Most of VoIP solutions require some level of knowledge and expert understanding , but aircall it is easy to make the set up - We use hubspot as CRM and we integrated aircall easily without a problem - For the quality and simplicity I get I think the price is very competitive
Cons:
- You need good rally internet connection otherwise the communication quality is poor, at least 10 Mpbs upload - Customer support could be better

Terrible Audio Quality
Pros:
Integrates nicely with HubSpot and many of the other services we use
Cons:
The audio quality is beyond poor. Been using this service for months and I've submitted the feedback and even received a call from them to my cell phone and could tell immediately that they were using Aircall because of how bad the audio quality was. It drops in and out and causes issues with our business.

Hi Melissa, thank you for sharing your thoughts with us! We're happy to know that you're making good use of the flexibility that Aircall offers to work from anywhere. Sometimes with bad internet connections, it can be helpful to use an ethernet cable plugged into your router. That will often solve any issues related to weak WiFi signals. Cheers! - Max from Aircall
