What Is OneDrive?

Microsoft OneDrive is a web-based digital asset management solution that allows businesses of all sizes to efficiently manage, collaborate, and share files. Administrators can set up a private or public site for authorized users, who can then create online folders to store their documents. Businesses can share sensitive data without revealing proprietary information by allowing only authorized people to access the folder. Users can also access and edit documents within the same collaborative environment to increase efficiency. The Microsoft 365 interactive scanning app lets users scan and convert paper to searchable PDFs directly from their device.

Best cloud file management alternative in the market

5.0 2 months ago New

Comments: Mostly perfect. I've had multiple works done with teamwork over onedrive and i always save and share my files from there for a safe and secure location.

Pros:

I love that it is from Microsoft which allows me to edit easily any file from word, powerpoint, excel, etc. right away from onedrive, even on mobile.

Cons:

The synchronization with windows, even being also from Microsoft, is still confusing sometimes.

One drive is the foundation for file sharing that works best for our office.

5.0 2 months ago New

Comments: One drive is almost like a "home page" for our office. We like how it can easily let us hop into other programs, as we utilize the entire suite.

Pros:

It's very straightforward, and allows a simple system for organization among various members of our team.

Cons:

I would like to be ab;e to drag files into others and have them automatically download/move with more ease.

Proper document management tool that mostly satisfies

3.0 2 months ago New

Pros:

OneDrive makes it easy to save Excel and Word files in the cloud while sharing them with others in the organization.

Cons:

There are two major issues with OneDrive. The first is the live collaboration function which doesn't run as smooth as hoped. Often changes in files need be disregarded because OneDrive didn't sync correctly. The second is the limited possibility to link between Excel files. When saved files locally, this works well. However when saved fully in the cloud it doesn't work properly.

Excellent Cloud Storage

5.0 3 months ago

Comments: I have used many different cloud storage systems throughout the years and personally find OneDrive to be one of the best.

Pros:

I can see my files across all of my devices. I recently purchased a new computer and it made the migration extremely easy.

Cons:

I have had zero issues with Microsoft OneDrive. If I ever encountered an error Microsoft support has plenty of resources available to remedy the issue.

Good cloud storage from Microsoft

4.0 2 months ago New

Comments: After using few other Cloud Drives, i can say that the from MS is the best for me. Nicely integrated with all O365 applications.

Pros:

I've been using Onedrive for almost 2 years now and its the best Cloud drive in my case. Auto-sync with my folders and accesible easly from any device with your O365 Account.

Cons:

Nothing bad i can think about so far. Sometimes there were server problem, but that's how it is with every software.
