It is very flexible and adaptable, great for editing documents and uploading them for sharing.

Comments: The issue we are attempting to solve with Adobe is the ability to send and receive documents. There are several advantages to using Adobe, such as the ability to merge files and upload multiple documents to our system at the same time (for example, I scan forms and upload them to Adobe to combine and then sign/print them). Adobe Acrobat has assisted our firm in organizing and getting the most out of our PDF files; its editing tools allow us to divide and combine documents, modify their style, insert text, and more; it is a strong application that has allowed us to produce and edit many PDF files, simplifying the job.

Pros:

I enjoy how many capabilities it offers for modifying PDFs (such the ability to annotate or initialize files that require text or signatures), as well as how it can compress and condense files to prepare them. At one of my jobs, I utilized this tool on a regular basis to condense forms for my end-of-day reports, and it didn't take me long to become used to it. We may transmit and receive paperwork such as application forms, school transcripts, and IDs; this program has ultimately managed to maintain its place as one of the best pdf editors for a reason; the quantity of capabilities it provides allows the user to perform limitless tasks.

Cons:

One disadvantage of having so many features is that it can be difficult to know which ones are for what purposes. The file consolidation process was a bit strange at first because it saves the new file as a 'Binder' on top of the original files, so I wish it had been saved to a completely new separate file. Adobe demands regular updates and occasionally you will need to shut down and restart if it does not operate properly. The program can be a little pricey compared to its rivals, and because of its extensive capabilities, it can be daunting for a novice attempting to take advantage of all of its advantages.

Universal document tools!

5.0 2 months ago New

Comments: Great experience! A lot of useful features that makes your life easier..

Pros:

Every tool you can dream on when it comes to documents, contracts and many more in one app. Been using Adobe Pro for some time and I can't imagine working without it.

Cons:

The price can be lower and support is annoying because you need to pass an AI bot before talking with an real operator.

A necessary evil, until it isn't necessary...

3.0 10 months ago

Comments: Whenever I use Acrobat, I want to start drinking again. I loathe Adobe and this bloated monstrosity is a perfect example of why.

Pros:

Acrobat remains the gold standard for digitally signing documents, as well as creating archival quality PDFs

Cons:

Not so much the app, but the entire Adobe business model is exploitative, expensive, and customer-hostile. They are ripe for disruption, and I am glad that cheaper, leaner alternatives exist. That said, I also hate that Adobe's software updater seems to take over the computer.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Adobe Acrobat Pro

5.0 4 months ago

Pros:

Adobe Acrobat Pro is the absolute best in document manipulation and management. Everything from adding signatures, to editing documents, to creating forms. I have been a HUGE fan of Adobe Acrobat since the very first time I used it years ago. The makers of Adobe are absolute geniuses. Anything I could possibly want to do with a document, Adobe has made a way to make it happen.

Cons:

The cloud version and the app are different. They look different, but more importantly, they work differently. I am hoping that the software creators will start making the app and cloud versions work more like each other.
