Strategic Partnership
Pros:
With Fabrics “API-centric” approach, their headless architecture goes hand in hand with GNC’s strategic omni-channel architecture methodology. All the functions exposed in API form across each of Fabric’s platform (Loyalty, PIM, Storefront, etc.) can be easily reused on all channels. Fabric’s headless and modular architecture is empowering GNC with the capability to accelerate our strategic roadmap by separating our business critical “all-in-one” monolithic applications into the right technology solutions that will drive hyper-focused business initiatives.
Cons:
With change, there are always the occasional hiccup. GNC has encountered a great deal of changes due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Fabric has been supportive and partnered with GNC the entire time.

Replatforming with Fabric
Comments: Overall excellent and one of the best transitions to new systems/software that we've experienced.
Pros:
The transition has been very smooth and effortless. The team at Fabric is outstanding and the software allows for greater flexibility and scalability as we drive all of our digital properties on this new platform.
Cons:
We were not able to launch earlier due to overlapping with our peak season. Not a problem of Fabric but part of our planning challenges prior to signing up for our engagement.

Leveraging fabric for Marketplace and beyond
Comments: Overall, my experience has been excellent. I was cautiously optimistic when we first embarked on launching a marketplace via fabric, and have been impressed with their support and the product's ease of use.
Pros:
The product has been extremely easy to use and the support from the fabric team has been incredible.
Cons:
We recently began our partnership with fabric and are getting close to launching. At this time, I am unable to provide improvement recommendations.

Good platform but needs better reporting
Comments: Fabric allows us to easily onboard partners but would like to see updated reporting and a list of Fabric partners that we could connect with to see if there is interest in the maternity space.
Pros:
Integration is flexible and @Revcascadesuppport team is very quick to respond to inquiries
Cons:
Reporting/Analytics need to be updated. We use the UPC as the common data point and the sales and top dollars listed are reported on by the retailer SKUs. We have no data/metrics within fabric. We have to manually pull reporting to see sales by partner by week/month/year.

Comments: Great experience starting from senior leadership to customer success and support management.
Pros:
Fabric's team was easy to work with as was their platform during demo's and integration phases. Even within the first year, their platform adopted to our B2B specific needs at blazing fast speeds!
Cons:
Fabric's platform has adopted to our needs and have shown they are a true partner in our B2B journey.
