There's a lot of negative stuff to cover but the guys valiantly try to focus on the positive.
Can Theo Epstein keep the window of contention for this team extended for another few years? Ryan sure thinks so. But only time will tell...

6/23/2017: Episode 59 - Draft & Farm Review with Roger
in Baseball
Doug is off this week so instead it's just me and Roger talking prospects, the current state of the farm system, the current state of the international development, and Austin Slater's swing.
You can find our Minor Lines expert giving an in depth analysis of the Giants' top six picks in this year's draft and how it was both an atypical draft for the organization but also an exciting one. And what's the deal with the Giants' minor league system? Is it as much of a barren wasteland as it appears? And what are scouts around the league saying about the Giants? I'm an insecure fan and I need to know.

Friday MLB DFS Talk for FanDuel and DraftKings - 7/7/17
in Baseball
DFSR’s Doug Norrie and James Davis take to a Friday podcast breaking down a full slate of baseball for FanDuel and DraftKings. Before they get started Doug calls out James for his claim yesterday that Josh Tomlin wouldn’t be part of the top DraftKings GPP lineups last night.
Then they break down pitchers starting with Max Scherzer who’s been one (if not the) best pitchers in the majors this season. But there are a lot of other solid arms today as well. They talk about Zack Greinke, Carlos Martinez, James Paxton, Drew Pomeranz and even Nick Pivetta.
For the bats there’s obviously a game in Coors with a high run line on the Rockies’ side of the ball against Derek Holland. The Yankees are also in a great spot against a broken Junior Guerra. All of this and more on a full Friday MLB podcast.
