Sign up for Crash Course Cooking @ the Student Association Centre in SE2, where you will learn how to make fast, nutritious meals on a student budget. Cooking here happens in a group environment, so you can share a group meal at the end.
It’s true what they say…breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. Eating breakfast can improve cognitive performance, test scores, and achievement scores in students. Come join us in the Great Hall in SE 2 on the third Wednesday of every month for a free healthy breakfast from 8:00 – 9:00 AM. Relax, watch some cartoons, and visit with friends!
Need a quick healthy snack? Stop by the Career and Student Resource Centre in SE 2 on the second Friday of every month from 8 AM – 4 PM to grab a fresh piece of FREE fruit!
Come relax and release your inner Picasso with monthly art therapy at Habitat! We provide the paint, brushes, aprons, canvases, and you get to take your masterpiece home. The BCIT Student Association in collaboration with BCIT Recreation Services are excited to announce that they are launching a nap room on campus beginning January 11th, 2016. This initiative was created in an effort to contribute to our Health & Wellness programming; A short 30-40 min nap can significantly improve mental health and focus.
