    Unfortunately, Kacsmaryk was confirmed for a lifetime appointment. Ugh. 😞 This is bad for women, bad for LGBTQI individuals, and bad for human rights. And it’s also why we must recommit to this work and be louder, stronger, and more organized than ever before.

    Anyone who says "being transgender is a delusion” has no place holding any kind of public office, let alone a lifetime appointment to the federal bench. Please call your senators (202) 224-3121 and urge them to vote NO for Matthew Kacsmaryk's nomination to the US District Court.
