I wonder how many mental breakdowns and suicides have been CAUSED by BT? Do not confuse their marketing with being a caring personality! They hound customers for alleged debt through agencies, and provide no means to talk with human beings over disputes!

In this world, people are bullied to the grave by faceless corporations like BT. They then have the audacity to pretend that they are somehow your friend through advertising. Don't believe it. They are the lowest of the low and have no empathy at all.
