Groups of 20 or more visitors are required to schedule 9/11 Memorial Museum visits through the Group Sales Department. Groups of 10 or more are required to schedule Guided Tour visits of the 9/11 Memorial and Museum through the Group Sales Department. We encourage you to book your visit as far in advance as possible.

• Total number of visitors (adults, seniors, youth)

All groups have access to a dedicated entry, which is located at the southeast corner of the 9/11 Memorial Museum. Museum Guided Tour entry is located at the main entry through the express "Understanding 9/11" Guided Tour entry lane.
