Thank you!
Very nice justmoon. Di you get that nice ogee curve on the top and bottom with moulding planes or powered router?

The lens curve in the photo creates the illusion to some degree that it is hand profiled but I believe it is a standard 1/4″ shank router bit that was not used in full to create the ogee. None of what I said is any criticism so please justmoon do not take it as such.

Dead on Salko. I don’t take it as criticism, no sweat. I just prefer the ogee profile to the round over, and I’m very new to joinery, so I only have 1 moulding plane and it is a cove. Believe me ditching the router is high on my list. I hate that thing…too much noise, dust. I can proudly say that profiling the top and bottom was the only power tool I used on this clock. I really enjoyed learning about raising the panel with the plane. All the stock was dimensioned with a scrub and a 4 1/2, and of course all the joinery is hand cut. I have a veritas plough plane that I used for the grooves, and I used it for the beads as well. Thanks!
Aah it has begun do you feel the addiction slowly creeping on.

Oh it is full blown at this point. I just got 2 Disstons (a #7 and a D8, x-cut and rip, respectively.)
