Moscow

Moscow (/ˈmɒskaʊ/ or /ˈmɒskoʊ/; Russian: Москва́, tr. Moskva; IPA: [mɐˈskva]) is the capital and the largest city of Russia, with 12.2 million residents within the city limits and 16.8 million within the urban area. Moscow has the status of a federal city in Russia.

Moscow is a major political, economic, cultural, and scientific center of Russia and Eastern Europe, as well as the largest city entirely on the European continent. By broader definitions Moscow is among the world's largest cities, being the 14th largest metro area, the 17th largest agglomeration, the 16th largest urban area, and the 10th largest by population within city limits worldwide. According to Forbes 2013, Moscow has been ranked as the ninth most expensive city in the world by Mercer and has one of the world's largest urban economies, being ranked as an alpha global city according to the Globalization and World Cities Research Network, and is also one of the fastest growing tourist destinations in the world according to the MasterCard Global Destination Cities Index. Moscow is the northernmost and coldest megacity and metropolis on Earth. It is home to the Ostankino Tower, the tallest free standing structure in Europe; the Federation Tower, the tallest skyscraper in Europe; and the Moscow International Business Center. By its territorial expansion on July 1, 2012 southwest into the Moscow Oblast, the area of the capital more than doubled; from 1,091 square kilometers (421 sq mi) up to 2,511 square kilometers (970 sq mi), and gained an additional population of 233,000 people.

Moscow (Russian: Москва / Moskva) is a cantata composed by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky in 1883 for the coronation of Alexander III of Russia, over a Russian libretto by Apollon Maykov. It is scored for mezzo-soprano, baritone, mixed chorus (SATB), 3 flutes, 2 oboes, 2 clarinets, 2 bassoons, 4 horns, 2 trumpets, 3 trombones, tuba, timpani, harp and strings.

Trump Tower (Tampa)

Trump Tower Tampa is the former name of an unfinished condominium project located in downtown Tampa, Florida. The construction of the Towers was never started due to the fact that the soil was so contaminated. The soil was so bad that Super Fund wouldn't step in to clean it up. The building would be visible from the end of Bayshore Boulevard and Tampa General Hospital on the Hillsborough River waterline. Ground was broken on March 2, 2006, and in July 2007 the foundation footings were drilled. Brownstone Partners Tampa, an investment group led by Robert Owens of OR&L Facility Services, acquired the property on June 20, 2011. Saint Petersburg based Feldman Equities filed plans with the city in late July, 2015, for a very similar 52-floor tower on the same property.

Overview

As of March 9, 2007, the fence surrounding the construction site was taken down and some of the construction equipment was gone; although two cranes remained. On March 9, 2007 the developers acknowledged in a press release that, "Cost overruns won't be the only obstacles Related [the development company] faces. Soil issues at the site, unpaid contractors and a general perception from the community that the 52-story luxury condominium tower will never be built also stand in the way of making the tower a success."

Trump Tower (Philadelphia)

Trump Tower was designed to be a 45-story skyscraper in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States.Its footprint is located at 709-717 North Penn Street on an existing peninsula extending 700 feet (210 m) into the Delaware River, at Columbus Boulevard and Fairmount Avenue, between Festival Pier and Waterfront Square. The $300 million tower was cancelled due to the crash of 2007-2008. It was designed by William Alesker (Alesker & Dundon) and was initially scheduled to be completed in 2009.

Interior

Floors 5 through 45, in the cancelled plans contain 225 residences ranging from 3 bedroom duplex homes to spacious studios. All apartments were to have large living rooms and master bedrooms opening onto room-sized balconies overlooking the river.

The building's 30-foot (9.1 m)-high garden-like lobby entrance was the riverfront walkway. Over 60,000 square feet (5,600 m²) of planned amenity space included a screening room, cigar lounge, wine cellar, community room, business center, world-renowned spa and fitness rooms. From the planned entry a high-speed elevator was also planned that went to a glass-walled overlook at each guest floor, with full view of the Philadelphia skyline.

Reise, Reise

Reise, Reise (German pronunciation: [ʁaɪzə, ʁaɪzə], a German wake-up call, literally "(a)rise, (a)rise", although it can also be interpreted as meaning "journey, journey", or as a command "travel, travel") is Neue Deutsche Härte band Rammstein's fourth studio album. It was released on September 27, 2004 in Germany and followed shortly by its release across Europe. It was released in North America on November 16, 2004. The album was recorded in a span of two years at El Cortijo Studios in Málaga, Spain. It was produced by the band themselves along with Swedish record producer Jacob Hellner. The album charted in the top ten in several European charts and was a number one hit in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Iceland, Finland, Estonia and Mexico. As of February 2006, the album has shipped 1.5 million copies globally.

Recording

The album was recorded in Spain (El Cortijo Studio, Malaga) and produced by Jacob Hellner and Rammstein. The band recorded several songs during the sessions for "Reise, Reise" which were omitted from the album's final track listing and were later released on their follow-up album Rosenrot.
