In 1960, US frustration with Fidel Castro lead to the formation of Operation 40, a CIA hit squad run out of JM/WAVE, Florida, a CIA station headed by Ted Shackley. This would later be co-opted to assist in the JFK Assassination.
Dumbing Down
By 1960 the campaign of mass compulsion schooling had changed the culture in US so as to have added ten years onto the period of childish dependency, up from four years in 1909.[1]
