    Fewer than 24 hours after I filed that bug thinking it might be unfixable and that no one would care about this rare use case, the awesome React Redux community found several solutions, one of which easily solves the problem in userland. ❤️ open source!

    Here’s the first viable workaround I’ve managed to come up with, but boy is it dirty… 😳 It solves the problem by modifying the outdated state object that `<Provider>` is holding onto after dynamically loaded components add new reducers.

    To be honest I’m not even sure if this constitutes a bug, since the previous behavior may have been accidental. But it breaks my use case in which I load connected components on demand that add reducers to the store in their own constructors. 🤔

    There’s a subtle, undocumented breaking change in React Redux 6.0 (but it probably affects almost no one). If you change Redux state between when `<Provider>` is instantiated and when it mounts, it won’t notice those changes.

    The second 72 hours went by much more quickly! I’m surprised by how little non-content user data is included though. Just a list of logins, recent pageviews, upvotes, and follows. Is this really everything Quora knows about me? Even for ad targeting purposes? 🤔

    My not-so-hot take on Edge moving to Chromium, now that it’s official: the sky probably isn’t falling. I foresee Microsoft becoming to Chromium what Google became to WebKit. It’s not ideal — more browser engines would be better — but we’ll be okay. And this is promising.
