    I worked from 8am to 10pm. I saw 40 patients from 8 to 5pm. Performed 2 surgeries at the hospital from 6 to 10pm. I get 100s of comments a day from liberals saying I can’t be a real doctor, that there is no way I can tweet and be a surgeon. This is a normal day and I love it.
