    Obviously, The Apprentice built an inflated, false picture of Trump as big-shot tycoon. OTOH, NBC aimed the show, esp early on, at audiences that more reflected a Dem consituency. (Devil's Bargain has an interesting section on its early minority appeal, pre-birther.)
