This is horrifying.
Only Whiteness and white people have true agency. Everyone else is their pawn, and if they don't have the right views, it's likely because Whiteness infected them. Asians might think they know what they want but they need NPR to help free them of their false consciousness.
These articles are utterly bizarre. It's like they're referring to an entirely different set of shootings than the ones we have video of. There's no attempt to make sense of those actual moments -- it's all rote recitation and archetypes.

This is a pretty common conservative claim about healthcare, but I've never understood it. Don't we have a ton of rights that require someone to do something? "The right to an attorney" technically means someone has to agree to be your attorney!

Given that many online activists claim that if a 16-year-old wants to go on hormones and isn't allowed to, their suicide is inevitable -- a claim that likely influences real-life 16-year-olds -- I feel like it's not right to then mock those who do have regrets.

1/ Ngo showed me pretty ironclad evidence he wasn't in the country when Benson said this happened. I reached out to Benson too, didn't hear back. Ngo wants me to keep this slightly vague given he's been assaulted and is protective of his whereabouts, which I consider reasonable.
