Looks like there is some significant performance drawbacks to doing DNS queries inside D4W.

This is working out remarkably well. ConEmu draw is pretty slow, but otherwise it's very useable.

I do almost all my work with box-built docker images these days, so I think it's crazy enough to fly

Experimenting today with Windows as a dev env with docker powering the whole enchilada. Should prove interesting!
