Just got a text from the consultant on overnight to say thanks for the hard work last night. I did nothing out of the ordinary. That is leadership. That is how to make your trainees feel appreciated. That is spreading some kindness and joy in work.

#EMTA18 Powerful talk by @ffolliet on tribalism in the ED. Some obstacles still in place around the role of ACPs but @ashleighlowther and @SisterScrappy storming the barricades. Point is, EM is a team sport. If ACPs are good at their job and nice to work with, bring it!
