    NEW - The has just confirmed seizing a 2nd -owned oil tanker in , now bound for .

    The "Mesdar" *is* -owned. If it's confirmed the "Mesdar" has also been intercepted & taken in by the , then we're in very dangerous territory. That'd be x2 tankers seized by within hours of each other. Hard not to see this forcing a response.
