    Much of the privatisation of formerly public functions - immigration control, social care etc - was justified on the basis that contractual mechanisms would allow gvnt to effectively regulate market providers. That has repeatedly (and unsurprisingly) proved not to be the case.

    حد هيتحقق معاه؟ حد هيتحاسب؟ أهله عمرهم هيعرفوا إيه اللي حصل لإبنهم في التأديب؟ إيه بالظبط اللي مَوِّته؟ لحظاته الأخيرة كان شكلها إيه؟ كان معاه حد واللا كان لوحده؟ الكيلاني مش أول ولا آخر واحد. شبابنا اللي بيموتوا في السجون أعدادهم بتكبر .. والميزان بيتقل.

    وفاة المعتقل "الكيلاني حسن" بسجن المنيا نتيجة الإهمال الطبي المتعمد ورفض إدارة السجن علاجه. يذكر أن "الكيلاني" كان يقضي حكماً بالسجن المؤبد وتم اعتقاله منذ 3 سنوات الكيلاني تاني حالة وفاة اليوم في سجون مصر
