    …The two societal groups underemployed in high-tech, Haredi Jews and Israeli Arabs, also represent the lowest levels of English language proficiency. It can be concluded that improved English instruction is crucial in order to expand high-tech employment in those populations.

    Today is the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. In Israel in 2017, a public campaign for policy change improved disability benefits, including an increase in earning capabilities before benefit reduction & equalization of benefits to the minimum wage.
