A3. Parents also expressed to us the value they see in ReelEd in their kids' classrooms. "#ReelEducation had an immediate positive impact on my son. He was really excited about learning about universal design in particular and how to make spaces inclusive in a variety of ways."

A3. "Our school board is fully inclusive and we have many exceptionalities in my class ranging from visible to invisible. I chose Macropolis for my Grade 4/5 class because even though it was slated for Grades K-3 it was powerful in its subtlety." (1/2)

A3. "We had discussions about how to respond to people who look different and one of our Senior Kindergarten students wrote a song about it (lyrics and words). We are so proud!"

A3. "We showed the videos as part of our week leading up to Pink Day and shortly after we had Mardelle Woods (@RickHansenFdn Ambassador) to our school. We had also had an afternoon where the students were challenged to only used one hand during their play time."

A3. "I have many students with special needs, English as a Second Language, and Attention/Learning Challenges, so the format of the movie being primarily visual (vs. verbal) was important for my students and made it easier for them to connect."

A3. "The videos prompted good discussion afterwards about what is valuable, how they saw examples of friendship, the way the toys/children felt throughout the films, and how things were resolved. The kids really understood the messages in the videos."

A1. Ontario is a big place – it's well known it takes 24 hours to drive across it and then some. #ReelEducation has reached many communities across our province, from Sault Ste. Marie to Ottawa, the lakes of Muskoka to the shores of Lake Huron, and all over the GTHA and beyond!

A1. #ReelEducation has reached over 60 schools in over 20 school boards across Ontario! Teachers in public, Catholic, and French schools across Ontario, as well as homeschool communities, college classrooms, non-traditional learning environments, and more have all participated.
